Video transcription for longer videos
I'm a creative strategist looking for the ability to transcribe videos longer than 45 minutes, up to 90 minutes, even if this costs more credits. We'd like to be able to transcribe videos and output to a JSON file timestamped in chunks, so we can run an Opal agent that can easily respond with where customer comments in our event videos to natural language questions.

Need Opal to be able to see workflow fields
Opal can tell us about our workflows - the step names, assignees, and (recently) task-level fields. But it consistently fails to identify the fields linked to workflow steps. Since there isn't an option to export our workflows from the CMP, to do that, we have to ask Opal. But since Opal can't read that crucial piece of info, this is still an incredibly tedious and long process. It seems like it Opal can read task-level fields, it's an obvious next step for it to read step-level fields. Some of our workflows have 80+ steps and most have fields - so…

Need Confluence Integration
Would like to be able to connect to my Confluence account and publish Pages or other formats directly from Opal. Edit in Canvas, then publish to Confluence directly.

PPT needed as downloadable format
Operation Manager here who uses Opal every day. I'm very impressed by Opal's ability to create presentations, but the format prevents this from being as effective as it could be. We only get HTML, PDF, or plain text format. That means that if I have to put my content into a larger organizational presentation, I have to copy the content from Opal or one of the downloaded formats and put it into Powerpoint or Google Slides. Then all the animation disappears. I would like to be able to edit in Canvas as normal, then download as PPT or PPTX.

Filter agents in agent directory by relevant product
It would be really great to be able to filter agents in the directory to relevant product/s. Could this be a drop down option in the agent directory?

Giving props to Opal
Just wanted to say that Opal has helped a HUGE amount, helping me implement some very tricky php/url param based targeting that would've taken a lot longer to get working without Opal. Thank you :thumbsup:

Disable Opal Completely. We want to deploy Opal on all of our environments so could evaluate and want to disable on any of the environment without any code changes.

organize opal chats with folders
It would be helpful to have, even just a single level folder structure, where i could group similar chats and even move the folders around to put more commonly shown chats at the top of the list versus a few pages down on the list.

Awkward flow after activating an agent
After I activate an agent, I am taken to the agent page, where the available options are only delete, cancel, and update. It's confusing because I don't actually want to take any of those actions. So then I have to choose cancel, but did I cancel the activation of the agent? (Turns out, I did not. The agent activated successfully.)

Bulk activate agents
Would be great if there was a way to activate agents in bulk from the directory. I want them all!

Display which agents have been downloaded already/are new
When looking at the agent directory, there's no way to tell from the cards whether or not the agent has already been installed. I want to go "shopping" for new agents. So a way to see what has been installed would be great. Same with a way to see which agents are new since I last checked.
