  3. Customers who upgrade CMS versions using Self service (11->12) tooling lose access to ADEs unless they specifically request them to be re-provisioned. They should be moved over as part of the migration process. As a standard all provisioned environments including ADE's should be spun up when a migration is completed.

  7. I use Auto-Transalte a lot but I don't want the Name, URL and Reference to be translated automatically.

    When handling multiple language websites it is practical to keep the Name, URL & Reference in English.

  12. In Optimizely 12 I have noticed a significant change in the Edit Mode UI layout that I would like to share as feedback.
    In Optimizely 11, the Edit Mode UI was more compact, providing editors with a more efficient workspace and minimizing empty space. However, in Optimizely 12, the Edit Mode layout includes a considerable amount of empty space, reducing the effective workspace for editors. This change is affecting the user experience, especially for those who were accustomed to the more compact design in Optimizely 11.This was one of the feedback points we received from our editors.

  13. Is there a way to track or identify the user who modified the access rights in Episerver/CMS? It appears that someone has changed the access permissions using the 'Set Access Rights' feature.
    We need to determine who made these changes to ensure proper access control and prevent unauthorized modifications. Is there any audit log, system event tracking, or CMS activity history that can help us trace the user responsible for this action?   15. There is a lack of functionality around limiting access to assets for different user groups. Any user group with editor access will currently have access to all blocks and media. A user group with access to a part of the pagetree shouldn't have access to all the assets.

  16. While the updated CMS area in Optimizely 12 has improved in many ways, some parts of the UI have been changed in a way that makes editing more difficult.
    One such area is the language settings, where previously only languages that had settings associated with them were displayed. It was not until editing the settings that all languages were displayed. The UI is also more spacious now in general, with more padding and larger font sizes, which leads to less items visible at one time.
    Furthermore, the popup is too narrow to display all columns when more than 4-5 languages…

  17. For a developer, or CMS editor: Is it possible to get a size estimate of the page, media etc before deployment, so that our teams dont accidentally publish something which has a huge size (like 2 TB) and impacts performance

    As a site administrator of a site using mixed-mode authentication (both AspNetIdentity for local users and OpenID Connect for AzureAD / Entra ID users, I want to know that my site will not break if I set up a visitor group using the Site Criteria > User Profile criteria. Currently on CMS version 12.31 I get several exceptions if I have such a visitor group defined and I log in as an oidc user.   19. Searching for pages in a multisite CMS can be challenging when results from multiple sites are returned without clearly indicating which site each result belongs to.
