Create a Step option same as Field Name changes where you get the option to make the change to New & Existing templates
Marketing Manager who often gets asked to add new steps to multiple tasks - would be helpful if adding the step to the template and it updated new and existing tasks using that template

Approval By email
As a user I need to have the ability to approve workflow tasks assigned to me on Email, without logging into CMP.
Other workflow tools like Asana /ServiceNow let you do that.

Efficiency Dashboards - Show SLAs
I love the Efficiency Dashboards feature and have heard from a lot of clients that they appreciate the ability to see how long it took to complete a task or the lead time for steps. However, what would take this one step further is if we show the lead time for a step vs. how long that step was supposed to take or the completion time for a task vs. how long that task was mean to take. It will help put the data in context for a lot of customers.

Filter Work Request card in dashboard by template
It is currently not possible to filter or pivot by Template name in the Request card in the efficiency dashboard, which makes this card very difficult to use.
As different teams are using different templates, or each template is for a specific use case, having the ability to filter and pivot by the template name would greatly improve the usability of this card.

Ability to update what the subject line is of the auto email notification that comes from Opti
If we had the ability to update the Subject Line of the automatic email notifications I think it would be more in line with how the Marketing dept sends emails expecting response and help with notification fatigue from Opti

DAM Asset History
Provide Asset History in the DAM/Library, similar to the History in a Task. It is important to be able to see a log of what has been done to the asset, whether it was moved, a URL was generated, etc.

Brief only pulling over from work request when creating new task in a campaign not when linked to existing
A user received a work request for a campaign that already exists. They accepted the work request and linked it to the task that already exists within the campaign. Ideally, this would bring across the brief from the work request. However, it did not but we know that this works when you create a new task within an existing campaign. So can it also do this for existing tasks with a campaign?
Please see example campaign below.
Steps are:Go to Work request 239 which has a Brief in it and link that WRQ to Task-673.

Multi select a task's content actions
It would be great if we had the ability to multi-select items from the content tab of a task to complete repeated actions.
For example if we need to delete items from the content tab after copying a task (since everything pulls over, I can't seem to find an option to de-select content from carrying over). It's extremely tedious and time consuming especially on tasks with larger numbers of content (sometimes well over 80 items)

Ability to Customize Default Task Statuses (Admin Only)
It would be incredibly helpful to allow admins to customize the default task statuses beyond the current fixed options: Not Started, In Progress, Completed, and On Hold.
Many teams use more nuanced workflows that require additional stages (e.g., In Review, Approved, Blocked, Needs Revisions, Ready for Publishing, etc.). Without the ability to tailor default statuses:
Teams are limited in how accurately they can reflect their actual processes.
Reporting and dashboards become less precise because tasks often end up forced into statuses that don’t match reality.
Teams have to rely on workarounds (like creating separate fields to mimic status) which adds…

Ability to Edit Field Type After Creation
It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to modify a field’s type after it has been created (e.g., switching a field from Text to Dropdown, Dropdown to Multi-select, etc.).
Right now, if a field is initially set up with the wrong type or needs to evolve as workflows mature, the only option is to create a brand-new field. This creates several challenges:
Existing tasks and content items lose continuity because the new field doesn’t retain historical data.
Reporting becomes fragmented across multiple versions of essentially the same field.
It increases admin overhead, especially when managing large or complex…

Dashboard Card for Expiring Assets
Adding to the raft of new Dashboard cards in CMP, it would be very useful to have an overview of all the assets which were coming up for expiry, filterable by owner and how soon the expire.

Dashboard card for assets uploaded doesn't include assets added via Task
All of the assets in our Asset Library are added via Task. As such, the new Dashboard widget for showing uploaded assets doesn't give us any information, as it only reports on assets uploaded directly.
Can this widget be updated (fixed!) to include assets added via a task, or enhanced so the option to filter by how the asset was added is available?

Work request view only access for all users
Add functionality to allow view only access to all users. This will allow those not assigned to work requests to see them for the sake of awareness.

It would be amazing if there were an option to multi-select from a task's content section for updating things like asset expiration dates, instead of having to select each item 1 by 1.
