Allow admin to disable hidden lists
Provide the ability to toggle on/off "Hide List" on the My Lists and List Details. We have customers who are reporting "missing" lists, when in fact they are hidden and it's become a burden for our customer care teams, based on the number of reports we are getting.

Control Panel Scheduler Must take Time Changes into account without re-scheduling jobs twice a year.
1) Goals
• Users can schedule jobs using their local date/time and time zone, and the job will run at the correct absolute instant even across DST and zone changes.
• This must take into account Daylight Savings time changes in the Spring and Fall
• The current Opti control panel only allows one time zone to be used (UTC). Need the ability to handle more than one.
• User should not have to manually re-schedule jobs two times per year when clocks change

Many customers change their SKU and it's not really supported in Configured Commerce
We have several client which rename SKUs in their ERP instead of deactivating and create a new one for multiple reasons. Recently one of them ask us to create a "Master UID" for them to map and update our products, but this field is internal only and not visible to the customers, so it's an internal ID used between the ERP, PIM and Configured Commerce to update the product.
Can such a field be added and could be used as an alternate natural key to simplify everything? Seems to us like a common issue.

We can leave this enhancement request open in order to receive related feedback, but we do not have plans to add this feature at this time.

Increase job's parameters to nvarchar(max)
Increase job's parameters to nvarchar(max) so we can have larger values such as JSON. We are using custom properties to suit our needs, which is not the best approach.

Order checkout rules
We received requests from several customers that their business required users to fulfill certain conditions before they can checkout. For example:
- Minimum order amount.
- Shipping carrier is required.Please implement the capability of creating checkout rules to provide customers with controls over their incoming orders.

Change default (list / msrp) price to match alternate unit of measure
When using real time pricing we are locked into one list / msrp price. when a user changes to an alternate UOM the sale price will change but the List price remains static and no longer matches what the user is buying.

group lines in my list
Provide the ability to group items in a My List. For example, if a user is creating a My List to capture all the materials used to install bathrooms in a house they could group them by Master Bath, Half Bath, Guest Bath. If there are groups and a product isn't assigned to one, have a default category or "Other"

barcode labels
We are trying to leverage and promote the barcode label printing feature of My Lists. According to the documentation and print dialog select, we should print labels on the 1" x 3" 2 Column Avery 94224 labels.
We have two problems with this.
1. Those labels are hard to come by. They are not stocked in Staples nor are they easy to find on the Avery website.- When printing multiple pages of labels, the print creeps off the label starting on page two. Send order confirmation as pdf attachment
Our customers want to receive their order confirmations as a PDF attachment. Many still want to print them, attach a digital copy to their ERP, or save a digital copy. PDF's make this much easier.
Many won't order online since they don't like the order confirmations. Others require us to manually send a PDF version out of our ERP after they have placed their order.

Rename Pages in Content Admin Tree
I would like the ability to rename the Page Title that shows in the Tree of the Content Admin.
2 votesWhile we do show the 'Page Title' and 'URL Segment' when editing a existing page these values are not used within the display of the page tree. Instead there is an internal page "Name" which is not shown anywhere except the page tree and the only way to adjust currently would be to delete the entire page and make a new one.
We may consider this in the future based on impact and business needs of our customers, but this is not a small effort change and will require prioritization with other roadmap items.

MFA/2FA for Admin Console Access Across All Domains

Referring to tickets #1676413, #1498526, #1492633 and #1721382 —
The Brasseler client is looking to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) specifically for the admin account. Could you please confirm if this is supported by Optimizely?
We reviewed the documentation provided for Set up multi-factor authentication, but it appears to apply at the Opti ID level, whereas the client is specifically looking for MFA enforcement at the admin account level and at Admin site. This request has come from their internal security team.
We would appreciate your guidance on this.

Ability to set a Sort Order on Products Cross Sells
See Optimizely Ticket # 1440321.
See also attached picture with Product 648274 as example. 648274 has 12 Cross Sells Products.
There is no option to set a fixed sort order that would dictate in which order (left to right) those Cross Sells Products would appear on the widget. Current Count Qty in VMI
On the VMI pages for Configured Commerce anywhere you display “Current QTY” you should also display the “Current Count Date” because it’s confusing to users to see "Current Qty" + "Prev. Count Date," e.g., on the Locations > Products page.
