Extend Language Manager Add On - Add/Support new languages
Hi Team
As a Customer, we want to be able to add new languages which are not currently visible or supported in EPiServer Language Manager, so that we can support our current business model as part of our long term strategic plans to migrate our current websites over to the Optimizely CMS/DXP Platform.
Currently within EPiServer CMS, we can only assign one locale per root folder per site in Optimizely which is not really a feasible thing to do. A couple examples of language cultures which are currently not supported within EPiServer Language Manager are : en-fr / en-es and…7 votes -
Preview of documents when edititing.
In the previous version there has been an icon like a globe in the top right corner of Epi's editor where you have been able to open the current page you are editing in a new window with its external link (without seeing it in the editor. That ability is gone in version 12.22.3 but was present in version 12.20.0 of the EPIserver.CMS package.
We need that to preview our documents and to get the exakt url to the webpage.5 votes -
Provide status icons for content in content area editor
When content is expired in the CMS content tree, it displays a red clock icon to indicate expired status. When editing content in "All Properties" mode references inside content areas that are expired becomes hard to spot unless explicitly switching to "On-Page Editing". Having the status icons present inside content areas would be great assistance to editors that want to work with clean content.

Improve user experience for editors when searching for Pages when multi-site
As an editor, when searching in the Pages gadget, results from all sites are shown.
Add a label to indicate what site the result is from. It's possible multiple sites have the same named content. i.e. 'Blog'
So it would be ideal to see:
Blog [Site 1]
Blog [Site 2]8 votes -
Add ODP segments as visitor group criteria
As an editor I would like to make up visitor groups based on customer data from ODP. Profile properties, segments etc.
I am aware of a community add-on that accomplishes this. But I believe this is something that is so important it should come from the Optimizely.3 votes -

Search and replace utility
Our CMS authors need a built-in reporting tool that will list all pages, blocks and documents that contain a specific keyword (In strings, xhtmlStrings or external links. Ideally this would allow replacement of the text with another term in pages and blocks.

Full Project View
Allow for a full list view of all project details, including tasks and workflow steps. It's hard to review all the work needed for a project when having to flip between each task to see the workflow steps.
Something like this:
| Task 1 | Start Date | End Date | Owner | Status |
| Step 1 | Start Date | End Date | Owner | Status |
| Step 2 | Start Date | End Date | Owner | Status |
| Task 2 | Start Date | End Date | Owner | Status |
| Step 1…3 votes -
Easier cleanup of unused blocks
Maintaining the number of blocks is important to editors. When using Powershell module you can get a list of blocks that are not in use so editors can maintain content on the site.
The problem is that blocks that are located in "For This Page" folders does not contain the page information in the breadcrumb (see attachment. This means that it's hard to find the folder containing this block if you want to delete the block. Extending the breadcrumb to include the owner (page of the folder "For This Page" would help the editors to know the location.10 votes -
Make it possible to expand more than one level in CD API
As a developer I want to be able to expand more than one level in the Content Delivery API to be able to retrieve nested properties in content areas. When doing this, I want to be able to control the maximum number of levels to expand.

Enable drag and drop for PropertyList<T> in the editing experience
Would it be possible to enable drag & drop in the editing experience of property list similar to content areas.
PropertyList are sometime favored in content type architecture as they take less editorial time to setup then blocks.33 votes -
Convert blocks
As a developer/administrator, I want to be able to convert blocks like I can convert pages so that I can merge blocks resulting in a cleanup of content and less work for our content editors.
This isn't a new feature request and has been popular on the old forum; see: https://world.optimizely.com/forum/legacy-forums/Feature-requests/Thread-Container/2014/9/Convert-Blocks/. (https://world.optimizely.com/forum/legacy-forums/Feature-requests/Thread-Container/2014/9/Convert-Blocks/
In May 2020, Tomas Hensrud Gulla did a blog post on how he took the existing Convert Pages and made his own Convert Blocks variant with relatively little effort. See https://www.gulla.net/en/blog/convert-episerver-blocks/. (https://www.gulla.net/en/blog/convert-episerver-blocks/11 votes -

User management on PAAS portal
Having one tab on PAAS portal for Azure Access Users. Only technical contact (TC will be able to see this tab, which having a list of current users who is having access to the customer's resource group because TC will be aware to correct the list, remove/update those who is not working on that project anymore. Unable to move multiple pages into hierarchy tree
We found the CMS system doesn't allow you to move multiple pages into the hierarchy tree, the only way is to move them one by one, which is very tedious and time-consuming. The only way is to write a custom class and archive them based on date creation and that's not the result we want either.

PaasPortal feature to enable site maintenance mode
A control/button in the Paasportal to set the site into maintenance mode.
Currently we can only enable maintenance mode with a deployment - which we might not want to do.20 votes -
Set a default time zone for date/time editing
Currently in the CMS, time/date pickers are associated to the editors local time. This is problematic, because we have editors all over the US. Entering in time/date information incorrectly will lead to our event registration announcements displaying the wrong time.
For example, our servers are set to Central Standard Time, so we display date/times, we need to assume they were entered in as that time zone as well, or the time will be off.
Ideally we should be able to force the date/time picker to use the same time zone as the server.10 votes -
EPiServer.Forms.Samples uses out of data JQuery.UI with known vulnerabilities
One of our customers is using the EPiServer.Forms.Samples library, mostly to facilitate content gating with the Forms Visitor Groups. During a recent penetration test the following was reported:
We also observed the use of a known vulnerable version of jquery-ui at /Util/EPiServer.Forms.Samples/jquery-ui/jquery-ui.js which is known to have the following vulnerabilities
CVE-2022-31160 (https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2022-31160 : XSS when refreshing a checkboxradio with an HTML-like initial text label
Recommendation
Use the latest versions of the dependencies where possible. If it is not possible to update these, ensure the vulnerable components are not used.

Create a publicly available symbols server for Episerver Libraries
Hello,
I recently found through some of my searches on the internet that a symbols server for Episerver libraries did existed in the past. The URL I found so far is the following: http://symbols.episerver.com, but it doesn't seems to be working anymore.
It would be interested to have it back online and working, so we could leverage these pdb file to ease our debugging sessions as developers.
Thank you!

Parameters for scheduled jobs in Net 5/6
As a admin I would like to be able to add parameters for my scheduled jobs so I can make configurable certain actions within the scheduled jobs.
In full framework there is a popular addon that does this.
