Run Time Calculator Accessibility
My customer wants the run time calculator to be usable without having to create an experiment first.
Once an experiment is set up, the calculator can be accessed, but it was flagged as difficult to locate and sometimes the customers wants to use the calculator ahead of set-up. The ask is to move it to a more prominent and easily discoverable location.Personalisation Campaigns
The calculator cannot be used for personalisation campaigns because these are measured differently. However, needing sufficient traffic to detect meaningful change—still applies. Therefore, the customer would like a similar tool or guidance for personalisation tests to…1 vote -
Conditional Activation: undo conditional activation from visual editor
Suggestion: a way to remove the conditional activation trigger from within the visual editor without going into the page activation (auto-generated) callback and adjusting/removing it there?
Currently this option does not exist in the Visual Editor, but would be useful if you want to undo conditional activation (easily).

experiment publish note
AS an experiment builder and program manager,
I WOULD LIKE to be able to add a custom note each time I publish an experiment in both web and feature experimentation and have that note show up in history as part of the list view and details
SO I can more easily find changes in history by seeing the note displayed in the history list and associate changes to ticketing systems when appropriate.

allow navigator.sendBeacon() calls for events in web experimentation
As an experiment builder
I would like to utilize the navigator.sendBeacon API to send events to Optimizely
So I can ensure all events are accounted for and my metrics are more complete and likely to match internal measures of same.

variation editor option to publish directly
As an experiment builder that generally uses the code editors and who uses the cookie and querystring model for qa and works with intricate code that is load dependent and requires more than a few updates to get working properly within the actual site code
I would like to have the ability to publish the variation update on the variation screen (perhaps a 'publish' button)
So I don't have to save the code changes, then go to main experiment screen and publish and then navigate back to the variation and wait for the page (which will fail because it is…

variation screen editor page load option
As a builder of web experiments that always uses the code editors or targets locations inaccessible to the editor
I would like to have a setting that stops/blocks the page load every single time you pull up the variation code. It would be nice to be a persistent setting that could either stick to the variation or to my login.
So I don't have to click through error messages that are not relevant every time I go to edit.

event / metric tagging
As an experimentation program manager in an experimentation COE
I want to be able to 'tag' events/metrics with properties like 'funnel', 'engagement', 'conversion'. This information should be available via export in some manner - s3 type of export preferably.
So I can analyze the metrics use in experiments to better understand what our teams have been / are focusing on and understand the health of the program better.

Conditional Activation: Select Multiple Conditions
Suggestion:
Ability to add multiple conditions.
At the moment we can only select 1 condition, but selecting multiple (2 or more) conditions would be a great add.
Use Case - Ecommerce example:
if a new user clicks over the jackets category and has an exit intent, we show them a pop up with a promotion

Conditional Activation: Scroll To % option
Topic: Conditional Activation
Use case: run a global experiment with a pop up, but not all pages have the same elements so we need to be able to scroll to % on the page.
Solution: Scroll To option, add the possibility to scroll to % (not just element).

Include ability to target html elements based on their css specificity.
Currentlh when using the Visual editor and an element is selected such as an H1, the css class or ID attributes are not accounted for in the editor.
Sometime is is necessary to be more specific, such as
H1 vs H1.classname
The idea is to include an option to use specificity and have the editor use the ID or classname based on a setting.
Such as...
Use HTML element only (H2)
Use HTML ID (#id-name)
Use HTML element + CSS Class name (H2.classname)1 vote -
Bot Blocker
We get a lot of bots that try to submit forms. Can Optimizely come up with some feature that can be used to block Bots from getting counted into an experiment?
(Not blocking site access -as our IT department can't even do that all that well)

Page Properties for Enhanced Targeting and Metrics
Dear Team,
We would like to request the extension of the recently released properties functionality for custom events to include page-level implementation. This enhancement would significantly improve both targeting capabilities and metric definition for page-based analytics.
Currently, when managing numerous product detail pages (PDPs) with varying attributes such as product categories, we face limitations in creating meaningful metrics. Whilst page attributes exist, they cannot be utilised within metric definitions.
The ability to define page properties would enable us to create metrics such as "product category PDP visits" without requiring dedicated category pages or specific experimental targeting for each variant.

Google Tag Manager Template (push custom events)
I am a UX Developer. I am trying to create a template within Google Tag Manager to make it easier for team members to push custom events to Optimizely Web Experimentation. Unfortunately due to GTM sandbox restricts, direct execution of methods on global objects like optimizely.push is not possible. There are a few possible ways to resolve this, which could include:
- Expose a queue-style global object
- Provide a GTM-friendly wrapper
- Publish an official GTM Custom Template

Campaign Export Capability
I am working as analytics engineer in western union , we are having trouble to export the campaigns for our audit activity.
We have 100s of running campaigns in our prod project and its not feasible for all our teams to use the API end points to list more than 200 campaigns and filter Running campaigns manually from the JSON.
And our non tech team cannot do this activity and we don't have bandwidth to build application using the Optimizely api end point to get a UI for this.
We used other AB & Personalization tool and has this basic…

CSV Export of Experimentation Configuration Data
I was speaking with a customer who expressed a desire for the ability to generate a CSV export of Experimentation Data straight from the Experimentation UI. I believe this would be tremendously useful, and is something that will significantly benefit the utility of the product.

Support for Numbers (floats, integers) in Custom Audience Attributes
Currently Web Experimentation Audience Attributes only support values as string types. Adding support for number values (floats, integers) would allow for more complex and granular audience membership.
Customer provided example: An audience for visitors who have less than 100 subscriptions. The Audience Attribute numSubscriptions would be a number value of the total number of subscriptions the visitor has. This attribute could be used to build an audience for all visitors with less than X (ex. 100) subscriptions.
