Product Feedback: Cross-Instance Reports and Saved Reports
Description: Requesting that we have the ability to report across instances and also save report configurations. Presently, the reports themselves are ok, but could be better, and are very limited in terms of configuring or saving pre-set templates.

Restrict due dates chosen by requestors
We need to be able to add a number of days out (for example 10 days as a default to all requests so that requestors cannot request projects earlier than our default delivery/completion date. For example we don't want to allow requestors to submit requests with a same day due date.

Assign campaign to new work request
It would be helpful to have a new work request to attach itself to a campaign even before being accepted. Once accepted the task would also automatically be added. This would make for a much more efficient process.

All related assets updated at same time
If you have more than one task rolling up to a campaign, once you update one task under "related" they should all automatically update. Right now, you have to go into each task to add all "related" tasks which seems inefficient.

Image Meta Data
During the development of our site, we have had some back and forth regarding images from the CMP (Welcome DAM. In modern web development, all images must have an Alt Text and explicit width and height in the markup:

Add a duration indicator to workflow cards
When viewing all of the workflows, it would be helpful to see the total duration indicated at the card level. It's currently hard to tell what that is, because it isn't totaled anywhere.

Taxonomy Hierarchy
Our taxonomy is very big - some labels could have thousands of options. We'd like a better way to organize it, as there is a hierarchy to the way things fit into verticals, product lines, products, etc.
We want to ensure users only see relevant values. For example:
If the top level label has values of "pets/wild animals" a user picks "pets", then we want to show them "cats/dogs" (and not allow them to pick from the list "elephant/lion". Next, if they pick "dogs", then we want to show them "husky/pug" (and not show them "ragdoll/shorthair".18 votes -
Rename Platform Objects
We'd like the ability to rename things like campaigns -> programs, tasks -> projects, etc. We spend a lot of time teaching new users to "decode" the platform language, and it makes it harder to drive adoption. Renaming these objecsts to use our internal language would make things a lot easier.

Notifications options are too complex for casual users
Users give up on configuring the complex notifications options, then ignore the too-frequent pings from the tool as they are notified at the same level for both critical and non-critical updates.

Add External URL as Asset to DAM
We'd like to be able to take the external URL content that we work on in Tasks and add it to the library to then be used in our sales portals. For example, sometimes I want to include a website that we have a partnership with but don't build ourselves, or a link to a video uploaded on a video platform.

Summarize Notifications
I get A LOT of notifications, and I do want to hear about everything in them, but it would be great if I could get a roll-up instead. Once a day would be ideal, maybe first thing in the morning.
And even for the time-sensitive notifications (like @mentions, batching them if several come in succession would be great. Maybe hold them for an hour?8 votes -

Apply Workflow Step Changes to Existing Tasks
When updating a workflow's steps, there is currently no option to apply those changes to existing tasks. We would like the option to update existing tasks as our process changes. (As you can do today when making edits to workflow template fields.

Usage of labels
I want to know where a field is being used, whether it's on a form template, a campaign, as part of a workflow so that when a change is made, I can fully consider the impacts of that change.

Time Tracking enabled should enabled by default when creating new workflow steps
Currently, we create the workflow steps, save it as template, edit the template to enable time tracking and then remove and re-add the workflow template for that Task.
it's very tedious work and having the option to enable time tracking from the start will make the entire process much easier.1 vote -
