Currently in the CMP, if I want to report on overdue workflow steps, I can make a Task Report and view current workflow step name, overdue workflow step name, percentage of steps that are overdue.
Each workflow step has a number days for the step to be completed, sort of an SLA for that step. It would be useful to have a report that showed the number of days that a given step was overdue. Sort of an SLA like report. The Task should have takes X days, instead it took Y days. That can then be used as a target for quality improvement.
