  2. We are finding that Library role users (our regular employee base are accidently adding images to our Library. In order to obtain an image size they want, they chose "Download As" and then "Custom". The "Save" button does not work for them (browser clocks but SAVE AS does work and this creates a second copy of the image with the same file name in our Library. Attached screenshots shows how a user does this.

  4. Description: When you exit out of a brief without saving, the message says - would you like to discard your work before exiting.
    The standard option is to SAVE your work before exiting - a few times now I've clicked through automatically thinking I was saving but lost work.

  8. We would like the ability to set out-of-office, PTO, holidays, and company-wide meetings in the platform. This would be used any time someone is unavailable for task assignment, @mentioning, etc. We would like to block assignment of work and/or send an alert to the person trying to assign work if someone is on vacation, doesn't work certain days (part-time, it's a company holiday, etc.

  12. It would be helpful to have a new work request to attach itself to a campaign even before being accepted. Once accepted the task would also automatically be added. This would make for a much more efficient process.

  13. If you have more than one task rolling up to a campaign, once you update one task under "related" they should all automatically update. Right now, you have to go into each task to add all "related" tasks which seems inefficient.

  14. We'd love a dashboard to view the operationa analytics, very similar to the analytics on page views and such that are in the Analytics module today. Ideally, we'd be able to set filters to see things like average task duration, overdue workflow steps, etc. just as you can at the campaign level.
    Doing this across campaigns is importnat because we need to be able to see these data points by teams, regions, etc., and those often span campaigns.
    These data points would help us make better decisions about how to plan our work, where we can optimize our process, etc.

  15. During the development of our site, we have had some back and forth regarding images from the CMP (Welcome DAM. In modern web development, all images must have an Alt Text and explicit width and height in the markup:

    We have had to jump through several hoops to even get close to this. Instead, this should be the default behavior.

We'd like the ability to rename things like campaigns -> programs, tasks -> projects, etc. We spend a lot of time teaching new users to "decode" the platform language, and it makes it harder to drive adoption. Renaming these objecsts to use our internal language would make things a lot easier.

  20. We need to be able to add a number of days out (for example 10 days as a default to all requests so that requestors cannot request projects earlier than our default delivery/completion date. For example we don't want to allow requestors to submit requests with a same day due date.
