I would like to see how often a field is used and see all of the templates a field is used in to make it easier to deactivate fields we no longer need or know which forms will update when I edit a field. This is a repeat of another request.

For the across organization consistency, alignment and accuracy maintaining fields is a must have. To make it possible I should be able to pull the report with the information:
- field name
- field values / entries
- field status (active/not active)
- creation date
- last modified (date)
- last used (date)
- no of usage
- used in templates (templates' names)
- used in records (records IDs)
I should be able to pull this report for at leas 6 months date range.
