Sales representative's user shouldn't need Customers Assigned to activate their accounts
As an [Implementer/User admin] I want to be able to Activate Sales Representative Users without assigning them User Customers. They are assigned through the Primary Sales Rep field of the customer, not through the Users Customers assignment.
Right now I need to add a ficticious customer to the user just to activate it, and then remove it. This is very error prone, and a security risk.

Feature Enhancement Request List Buttons
We are running into an issue with our customers while using the mobile app. When a user opens the mobile app and then looks at one of their lists, they see 2 buttons on each item, 1 button to order the item and another button to delete the item from the list. These 2 buttons are very small and very close to eachother. Product Feedback: Exports rearrange columns
Description: Good morning. This happened a few days ago, but then after Saving my view again, the issue seemed to be fixed. Today, it resurfaced.
I have my current saved View arranged in the following order left to right:
Product Number, Product Title, Brand, Product Type, ProductSubType, Deactivated On, Template Name, URL Segment.
Once my export ran, it arranged the columns in the following order left to right:
Product Number, Product Title, Brand, Product Type, Deactivate On, Template Name, URL Segment, ProductSubType

Make "Rule in Rule" feature available for out-of-the-box version
For Shipping & Fulfillment - Carriers - Shipping Services - Rule, when Products are excluded from Categories
As it stands, if a customer orders products from both categories excluded from a shipping logic and categories included in a shipping logic, Opti will consider all products, as opposed to only products in categories included in a shipping logic.

Allow the possibility to manage multiple category trees by customer
n a large project with many different customers, not all of them are expected to use the same categories with the same names. We would like to have the possibility to assign categories to specific customers. This will result in a menu and categories adapted to the product assortment subset they are using.

Impersonate Option from Additional Locations

Exclude Products from Promotions
Creating promotions that apply to a category, product group or the entire catalog is not possible of certain products are set as "Not Equals" in the rule manager.
We should be able to exclude products from promotion so that the user can still receive the promotion and purchase the non-promoted product in a single transaction.

The Publish Approved Product whole job should not fail for one product
If one product fails in the publish approved products job, it completely shuts down. It should instead just skip that product and lot it as an error vs a fatal error. I have 200k products and if the first one happens to have a duplicate URL, whole job fails. Should have better error handling.

Separate the "build email" step from the "send email" step for easier extensibility

I want to have a point of extension between building an email and sending an email
So that I can modify the email properties (ie. To, CC, Body without overriding the code responsible for sending the email.

Multisite Support of Default Warehouse
We have 2 companies. One in Canada and one in the US. Optimizely does not support having a warehouse in the US as the default for our US site and a Warehouse in Canada as the default for our Canadian Site. We do not ship accross the border.

Trying to identify how a product became discontinued
We're having products on our website getting discontinued. It's a feature we haven't utilized in the past so we certain we don't have any jobs that should be doing this but we're also looking incase it was put in somewhere by accident.
Is there anyway you can tell me how this product got discontinued?

Possibility to have a Stage-environment for OptiPIM
Hello!
As an E-commerce Manager of a business currently creating a new Online Store using Configured Commerce and OptiPIM I just recently found out that there is no stage-environment for the OptiPIM.
* Is this in the pipeline to create from Optimizely anytime in the near future?
* When this is usually best practice to have separate environments for stage vs production I wonder how other business test features when using Configured Commerce and OptiPIM for their online businesses?

Product Replacement Transition
I have a series of parts that are going to be replaced with new parts. Is there a way in Optimizely that I can have the base items there but not viewable until we sell out of the old part?
Say I have part A and part B, once I sell the last part A I want part B to be viewable in the categories/search and orderable but not before it is sold out.
