  4. Hello Team Optimizely, we are working on the Coveo integration for one of our projects and having Coveo.Connectors.Utilities.PlatformSdk -Version 11.2.0 added to allowedLibraries would be of great help for this integration.
    As additional information Coveo.Connectors.Utilities.PlatformSdk (https://www.nuget.org/packages/Coveo.Connectors.Utilities.PlatformSdk/ library allows you to communicate with the Coveo Cloud Platform public APIs and the Push API.

  5. As an [Implementer/User admin] I want to be able to Activate Sales Representative Users without assigning them User Customers. They are assigned through the Primary Sales Rep field of the customer, not through the Users Customers assignment.
    Right now I need to add a ficticious customer to the user just to activate it, and then remove it. This is very error prone, and a security risk.
    This is specially bad in case we automate the user creation for sales reps (we intend to.

  6. Creating promotions that apply to a category, product group or the entire catalog is not possible of certain products are set as "Not Equals" in the rule manager.
    We should be able to exclude products from promotion so that the user can still receive the promotion and purchase the non-promoted product in a single transaction.
    Current Functionality Example: The site has a 25% promotion that is global, however, Product A, B and C are not included in this promo. A user adds a few different products and then navigates to the cart page, their total is reduced by 25%. The…

  7. If one product fails in the publish approved products job, it completely shuts down. It should instead just skip that product and lot it as an error vs a fatal error. I have 200k products and if the first one happens to have a duplicate URL, whole job fails. Should have better error handling.

    I want to have a point of extension between building an email and sending an email
    So that I can modify the email properties (ie. To, CC, Body without overriding the code responsible for sending the email.

  9. We have 2 companies. One in Canada and one in the US. Optimizely does not support having a warehouse in the US as the default for our US site and a Warehouse in Canada as the default for our Canadian Site. We do not ship accross the border.

    As an E-commerce Manager of a business currently creating a new Online Store using Configured Commerce and OptiPIM I just recently found out that there is no stage-environment for the OptiPIM.
    * Is this in the pipeline to create from Optimizely anytime in the near future?
    * When this is usually best practice to have separate environments for stage vs production I wonder how other business test features when using Configured Commerce and OptiPIM for their online businesses?

  12. I have a series of parts that are going to be replaced with new parts. Is there a way in Optimizely that I can have the base items there but not viewable until we sell out of the old part?
    Say I have part A and part B, once I sell the last part A I want part B to be viewable in the categories/search and orderable but not before it is sold out.

  17. Request to format the data for customers when they upload a list. Currently, if customers upload a list where the numerical data is inserted into the template as a number instead of text it fails to upload the list.
    If this can not be an automated fix - no where in the template or the list upload feature is there any indication that customers need to format numbers as text. Most users will naturally enter numerical data in the sheet as numbers, so it's essential to update the template or provide clear guidelines on how to format the data properly.

  18. We would like to request an enhancement to the admin console for web user activation links. Specifically, we would like the ability to either:
    1. Resend Activation Links from List View: Enable the option to resend activation links directly from the list view of web users, rather than requiring users to navigate into each individual contact record.
    2. Bulk Resend Option: Allow the admin users to select multiple web users and prompt a resend of activation links for all selected contacts at once to those who have expired.
