List which campaigns/discounts a product/variant/SKU is included in
Commerce Connect > Edit product/variant
When viewing the All Properties of a product, variant or SKU, it would be useful to show a list of any marketing campaigns/discounts that the item is included in.
This would help a marketer clean up campaigns and reduce the risk of items being added to wrong/multiple campaigns in error.

Ability to refund after exchange order
There was a support request raised for this earlier, and we have been told that it is not supported at the moment: https://support.episerver.com/hc/en-us/requests/1757342.
For our business, we would love to have the ability to refund the customer at any stage of the order. In this case, a customer has purchased a product (online courses) and made a exchange one or more times, but eventually could not make it.
The current system cannot refund the order through the Optimizely Commerce interface, and we have to refund from the relevant payment gateway (e.g. Stripe) directly.

Warn user if item is added to multiple active discounts
Commerce Connect > Marketing > Campaign > Edit discount
If an item is included in multiple active discounts - and exclusions are not set up - there's a high chance of a wrong discount being applied (discount-on-discount).
This could be avoided if the user is presented with a notification/warning that the item added is also included in another active discount/campaign.

Commerce Connect: Quick-sort discount items
Commerce Connect > Marketing > Campaigns > Edit Discount
When viewing the items added to a discount/campaign, the list of items can grow long and jumbled. It's harder to find products to remove/edit when the list is in no particular order. There should be a way to quick-sort the list of items in Alphabetical order, by Publish/Modified date, or by Publish State (unpublished/published/expired).
(If sorting by Publish/Modify date, the unpublished/expired items can be listed at the bottom - perhaps negating the need for sorting by State).

Show full name of product/variant/SKU item in discount
Commerce Connect > Marketing > Campaigns > Edit Discount
When viewing the products/variants/SKUs that is added to a campaign, the name is often cut off because there is not enough space. This makes it harder to differentiate between similar-named items.
Meanwhile, the items' publish/modified date and the user that published the item, is less important in this context and can be moved/shrunk to give more space back to the item name.1 vote -

Monitor average daily/hourly QPS
We recently encountered issues with users getting http 429 errors while navigating our site. It turned out we were exceeding our QPS and had no idea as that information is not available to us. As a technical manager overseeing the health and stability of our websites, it would be helpful in Optimizely:
1. to have a view/graph of our current and historical average Queries Per Second (QPS) to see how we are trending and see the impact that code changes may have had. We should be able to adjust the timescale to show several weeks (months?) worth of information. (See…1 vote -
MetaClass - UIReadonly feature
Currently it is possible to set MetaClass (e.g. CustomerContact field to ReadOnly.
After this the field is greyed out in Commerce Manager and it is not possible to update its value.
Unfortunately it also works on changes done from code, not only from the UI.
It would be good to have such flag only on UI. So editors are not able to edit specific fields, but these fields can still be updated from code.9 votes -
Commerce Connect: Item level discount
- When a customer creates an item level discount and doesn't use redemption limits they should get a warning in the interface.
- There should always be a quantity threshold for item level discounts, that the project can override if necessary.

Commerce reporting
In Order Management you can filter the results on Market.
I would like to same possibility within the reporting.
Sales by day: a dropdown so you can filter the report based on the selected market.
Export Purchase Order / Subscription data: a zip file per market. A dropdown so you can filter the list of files shown on the selected market.1 vote -
Allows customize business object class edit form
The previous Commerce 13 version allows customization of edit form for Business Foundation objects (contacts, orders, organizations).
We want users to be able to select which fields are displayed, sort order, and which fields are readonly.
In addition, user should be able to group fields into sections.
Request the same feature in Commerce 14 as we have too many custom fields in Business Foundation objects.

Add a 'select/deselect all' button in 'Target markets' modal
As an administrator, I would like to be able to select/deselect all markets in the 'Target markets' modal, so that I can select the desired market faster. For example, one site has ~50 markets and we only wish to select one, but in order to do so, we must deselect all other markets one by one.

Make organization list search configurable
A commerce manager wants to be able to search organizations by values in custom fields, when selecting one to the Organization field on a customer contact view (or when selecting a parent organization on a organization view).
Currently the view only shows Name and Type fields, and only searches in those fields. However, I see that it is technically extendable internally.
Even if we can only search on custom fields, but not list them, it would be a start.

Implement list properties same way as in CMS
Hello, on CMS there is a feature called "List Properties", explained in the docs here (https://docs.developers.optimizely.com/content-management-system/docs/property-value-list .
It would be useful if the same mechanism was available for products/variants/bundles in Commerce as well.
Currently it is quite confusing that a certain type of property types is available on CMS but not on Commerce.

Make the breadcrumb in the catalog clickable
A client suggested that making the breadcrumb in the commerce catalog clickable would help navigate the catalog.
I would agree, it would mean that you don't need to keep the treeview open.2 votes
