  1. PCI DSS 4.0 requirement 11.6.1: For use of iframes hosting the payment service provider's payment page, a change and tamper detection mechanism to alert personnel to changes to HTTP headers or payment page contents; the mechanism must work at least every 7 days.
    Cloudflare's Page Shield can meet this requirement.

  2. It will be good to have a maintenance page or custom error page automatically put up when origin server is not reachable e.g. 403, 502, 503 error response. So that user are not just seeing a generic error page which may impact business image.

  3. Customers would like the ability to have the list of emails on the Sendgrid bounce back list sent to them automatically or accessible within the DXC Dashboard/CMS. Current process requires them to submit a support ticket and request the information but they would like more visibility and control over this information.

  5. When a customer is having platform issues at their site(s, our Incident Management team gets an automated ticket that also get sent to the customer's alert contact list.
    However, many users need to actively update their email inboxes to be able to see this email. One of our customers came up with the idea that there's also a need to send out an SMS when an alert is sent out, as it's easier to be notified as it pops up in your notifications unlike email does.

Microsoft provides facilities to insight and measurement of sustainability metrics which are available from the platform, as part of sustainability efforts it would be good to have the option to have access to this (a little like appinsights, to be able to then enrich with other experience data.

  7. I know, that direct access to PREPROD and PROD environments is not fully supported. I can still access PROD Application Insights in Azure portal but I'm wondering why it's not possible to save queries nor create workbooks?! We have logs in Application Insights but we have no chance to save KQL queries nor workbooks for later use. Is this by design of DXP or can be somehow configured from your side?

  10. At the moment, if we try to save a custom workbook in application insights, we get the following error:
    "You do not have the ability to create workbooks in this resource group".
    Is it possible to modify the access rights so we have the option to create workbooks?

  11. DNSSEC is not configured on the episerver.net zone, so the CNAME configuration is what causes this to be lost. If you would like to see DNSSEC added then you can submit the idea

  12. Preproduction should resemble production. There should be an automatic function for copying the database from production to preproduction and keep the correct hostnames in preproduction. This should also be possible to schedule as preferred.

  14. As a DXP customer I would like to prevent email harvesters from scraping my website looking for email addresses to spam. Cloudflare has an Email Address Obfuscation feature which provides a solution but it is not available to DXP customers.

  15. It would be very helpful to have different levels of access to Production on Paasportal. We do not want everyone to have the ability to deploy, but it would be helpful to grant access to QA to view logs and other troubleshooting functionality.

  16. We have a solution that is live now with a large customer and multiple integrations. Storage Queue is being leveraged to elevate the delays of processing data into Opti. We noticed we don't have access to delete or update the queues (though we were able to create new queues.
    We understand Storage Queue is not supported by the SLA but it will be very helpful if when needed the Opti team help us when we need to "clear" messages from the queue by submitting a ticket or giving the partner team limited access to clear queues specially on lower environments

  18. It would be nice if you could expose endpoint so that we could invoke purging of CDN cache after successful deployment to production environment hosted in DXP. I have found that Cloudflare actually supports that via
    az cdn endpoint purge -g fagf01mstry1y19inte --content-paths '/*'
    but for that to be used by us you would have to wrap it in your endpoint if I understood correctly based on answer to my support ticket.

  19. Having one tab on PAAS portal for Azure Access Users. Only technical contact (TC will be able to see this tab, which having a list of current users who is having access to the customer's resource group because TC will be aware to correct the list, remove/update those who is not working on that project anymore. This is to prevent possible security risk for their environments.
    In the case, the technical contact becomes invalid, he/she can submit a button "Request to change technical contact information" on this tab. And a new form will be popped up for him/her to fill…

  20. A control/button in the Paasportal to set the site into maintenance mode.
