    Just piping in here since this was reported many months ago and the same issue remains.
    The system requires a specific time for every due date, which is unnecessary for many teams. This creates extra work and errors. We would like to be able to CHOOSE whether or not we enter a time for each task.

    Adding support here. Admins should be able to help other users who are having access users. If someone's password expires, I should be able to resend the "reset password" link to them. This is standard and Opti not having this creates a real bottleneck in otherwise simple functions.
