Hi! We are encountering an issue related to notifications. See example screenshot for reference, but in short, people who are present on comment threads do not get notifications if they are not tagged (unless they started the comment chain). We've checked settings and there is not an option to select to always receive notifications about comments/replies for chains on which you're mentioned.

So our request is that there be a notifications setting that allows people to opt in to receiving notifications in comment threads they've been mentioned on, even when a reply doesn't specifically tag them.

Additionally, we'd like to be able to reply to specific replies (like you can in text messages). That would also solve this issue in a different way - instead of replying to the parent comment, reply to a specific user's reply and then that user always gets the notifications about whoever replied directly to them.
