We are having an issue with important replies to comments being missed because we do not receive notifications unless we're directly tagged (unless you created the original comment). However, ideally, we'd like to be able to receive notifications as long as we've been a part of the comment thread at some point or even as a person with whom the task has been shared. See attached screenshot for how problematic this could be.

Solution 1: add a checkbox/opt-in within CMP notification settings to get notified when someone replies to a comment thread in which you've interacted (commented, been tagged, etc.).

Solution 2: allow us to reply to specific replies instead of just the parent comment (like iMessaging). This would allow the notifications to be set so that if someone replies to your reply but doesn't tag you, you would get notifications if desired.
