Global time of day settings

More robust text editor content option that isn't tied to an article

We often need to draft content within the platform (and don't have the ability to have a Word integration), but using the Article > text editor option requires us to publish somewhere vs. it being text that just gets pulled into a future design.

Add a duration indicator to workflow cards

When viewing all of the workflows, it would be helpful to see the total duration indicated at the card level. It's currently hard to tell what that is, because it isn't totaled anywhere.
