Show/Hide Fields in a Brief Template Based on Logic

When creating a Brief Template, we have certain fields that should be shown or hidden based on the values selected in previous fields.

The current logic in the template builder only allows you to "jump to" a particular field and/or only show limited values based on logic. While that's helpful, it doesn't meet the need of hiding irrelevant questions all together.

As a result, today we have a bunch of questions on the brief that have to be displayed that SHOULD NOT be displayed, simply because those fields "have" to be there in order to have the option to "jump to" them when they are relevant.

This can be removed. It was a user error and this is available.

You could bundle this with the additional logic requested in CMP-I-924
