Workflow Permissions - Prevent users from changing status of a workflow step not assigned to them
Currently in the CMP, when I assign a user to a step in the workflow, I have to share the entire Task with that user. Once the task is shared with the user, the user can change the status of any workflow step. This is a problem in an organization with clear distinction of teams/roles. For example, if I have a compliance team responsible for ensuring all assets are compliant with regulations, I want that team to manage the compliance workflow steps and no other users. Add the ability to save multiple assets on the same task to different locations in the library
In the case of a Task with multiple assets, it would be useful to be able to save those assets to different locations. For example, on a task that involves designing a new asset, the task might have various working files: .esp files for example, as well as the final asset. We would like both of these to be saved to the library, but we would like the .esp file to be saved to a folder with limited access, so only designers could get to it, but the final asset be saved to a folder with broader permissions.

Product Feedback: Content files for tasks
Description: If I f.ex. have a Powerpoint document as content for a task, we can chose to edit that Powerpoint. However, we are only able to edit in the online application. The online Powerpoint application is missing a lot of key functionality and is also glitching quite often. Can there be added the option to edit the document in the desktop application in stead of or in addition to online?

It is way too easy to accidentally clear all notifications in the notifications panel. Can you add a second step asking if the user really wants to remove all notifications?

Ability to export active workflow steps into an excel
Would like the ability to export a workflow that is assigned to a task, will all steps, dates included, into an excel. We would like this to solve for leaders/users who are not actively in CMP but need a line of sight into key milestones, dates, and owners. Also, the limitation where changing one date within a workflow changes them all is causing us to need to export to excel, play with the dates, e.g., if we move this +/1 a day can we still get it all in time, then update the dates in CMP.

Add alerts for people submitting new requests
As a traffic manager, I want to be able to let users know when a team isn't accepting new work or needs extra lead time without having to email all users so that the notification is in the system and people don't have to remember or refer back to their email.
Ideally, we could set it as a static alert across the top of the window, so we could also alert people of holidays. Or we could trigger it based on the request type.

Workflow Overdue Report
Currently in the CMP, if I want to report on overdue workflow steps, I can make a Task Report and view current workflow step name, overdue workflow step name, percentage of steps that are overdue.
Each workflow step has a number days for the step to be completed, sort of an SLA for that step. It would be useful to have a report that showed the number of days that a given step was overdue. Product Feedback: Work requests
Description: People across our business are filling out the work requests to request resource from our marketing department. This means they need to fill out large amounts of information and add lots of texts to the work request form.
For some reason they are not able to press return and start a new paragraph when completing the questions in our form. Therefore their information is coming through in one big massive paragraph that is too hard to make sense of. Email notification customization
We would like to be able to customize the information sent out in Welcome notification emails. he important information does not show up until the end of the subject and it would be quicker for someone to understand the action that needs to be taken. Email subjects will say "Bryana Tribuna change the due date for your step in HNG…" and you have to click on the email to understand what is happening. Product Feedback: URGENT: Annotations / Comments not working in proofing mode
I'm trying to go through the edits to this document in proofing mode to understand where to make changes, but I'm not able to click on the annotations to see where they're located in the document. Also, annotations 64 and 65 randomly show up on multiple pages, as opposed to being located where they should be.
