Notification when adding a task in a Campaign
When adding a task in a campaign users often forget to add a start/end date to the task. It is more obvious when adding a stand alone task then from inside a campaign.
Wanted: some kind of pop-up alerting not to forget to also add start/end date + fields to the task.2 votes -

I would like to see how often a field is used and see all of the templates a field is used in to make it easier to deactivate fields we no longer need or know which forms will update when I edit a field. This is a repeat of another request.

UTM generator
Hello Team,
we are wondering if there is a plan to introduce a native generator of UTM codes in CMP.
We understand generating UTM codes is still challenge for lot of companies and we naturally see a UTM generator in CMP - where users create tasks for all comms deliverables, collaborate on execution, iterate and store all content that ever has been publishing. Ideally we would include it as a step in the (most workflows.

Create and edit Blocks from CMS
Sometimes the content we create isn't an entire page, but just a block of content that is consumed later by our content team. Examples include promotional content, banners, and content for lead generation.
We'd like to be able to create a block similar to how we create a page today, schedule the publishing of the block, and use it later on a page. If we select an existing block, we need to be able to publish the block and have it updated on all pages it was previously included on.8 votes -
Provide Image Resolution.
Within the Library, please provide the Image Resolution (e.g., 300 PPI. The Image Information section already provides Image Dimensions (e.g., 1920 px by 1280 px but to find higher quality images for Print we have to download the image to find the Resolution.

And/Or/Not Options in Filters
We'd love to see more control over how filters are applied, including the ability to choose "and", "or", and "not" logic. This would allow for more curated views, improving the end-user experience.

Set default library upload folder
I would like to be able to set the default folder for all uploads to the library so we can review the files to make sure it matches the naming conventions, file guidelines for what should be published in the library and sort it into the correct folders.

Bookmark or favorite campaigns/tasks
As someone assigned to multiple campaigns and tasks, I would like to be able to bookmark or favorite some tasks or campaigns so that I can quickly access them at any time.

Parent campaign inherits status from sub campaigns
If you have a parent campaign with 5 sub-campaigns that are all in progress, the parent campaign will show as 'not started'. This is a design flaw since the parent campaign doesnt inherit the campaign status from the sub-campaigns. The parent campaign should reflect at least 'in progress'.

We would like the ability to adjust the number of days assigned to a task step in the workflow rather than just through a template
We use many workflow templates in the CMP. It would be very helpful to be able to edit the number of days assigned to a step on the fly in the task workflow, rather than the number of days strictly locked to the templated workflow.

Create a native integration with Clockify for time tracking
We want to track how much time we spend on tasks and projects, but since that functionality is not available in Optimizely, we are working on building our own Zapier integration with Clockify to do that for us.
Clockify has native integrations available for Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Basecamp, Clickup and many other project management tools. It would be great if this was out of the box for Optimizely too.3 votes -
Use Content Proofing for CMS Pages
When reviewing content in a task, digital marketing teams regularly use the Content Proofing feature to leave comments directly on the asset being reviewed. This isn't available for CMS pages and the comments on tasks aren't linked to the page being reviewed/approved.
Much like reviewing a URL, we'd like to be able to review a version of a CMS page, iterate on it, and approve it for publishing to CMS.5 votes -
Replace User with New User
A member of our team has left the business. It would be good if we could replace that User profile in the CMP with a new user who is replacing that role, rather than manually changing every step in all the workflows that relate to that User.

Add to Library Before Task is Complete
We often have "post-production" steps that we want to include on our workflow AFTER the created asset is going to be made available to end-users via the Library. These are steps like social promotion, checking on analytics, etc.

Time tracker for activities
Recommend a feature that can track how many minutes it takes to complete a step or a task. For example, the minutes it takes to write an article or create an image.

Filter Library by Teams Visibility
As an administrator of the platform, I would like to be able to filter my library by selecting a Team to see what assets they can see within the Library.
We have a large organization with dozens of content creators adding content to our library for thousands of end users on a daily basis. In addition to that, we have created approximately 50 teams within our CMP to better control access to content and manage campaigns. I would like to be able to filter down the assets in our library based on individual teams or multiple teams selected.

To be able to disable renditions for individual assets in Library
Hi Team, are there any plan to allow renditions to be disabled on an asset-by-asset basis. Maybe as a menu option to turn off ? Reason being that some assets do not require renditions to be created. e.g. logo's ?

Incorporate the use of same meaning words (synonyms for the Library search
Please update search within the Library to return images where the keywords are similar to what is entered.
Our employees are searching the Library for words which are similar to, but do not exactly match which has been added as metadata through tags or to the description. Unless the exact word is used, the image won't be returned by search.
Two examples based upon popular keywords used by our employees for image searches:
1 Employees search for "Celebrate" but many of our Getty purchased images are tagged with "Celebration" and those images are not returned in search in this case.…3 votes -
Recurring Tasks
We would like the ability to create recurring tasks, as we have a variety of work types that happen on a set cadence. For example - a blog post every Friday, quarterly reports, and yearly analyst reviews. Currently, we have to copy an existing task for every occurrence. Being able to set up recurring tasks would take the admin work out of it and also ensure we don't miss an occurance!
