Relating tasks automatically when linking from the request level
Hello - it would be great if linked tasks could automatically carry over from the request stage level and appear as "related".
For example - when a new request is added to the request board, we sometimes link to ongoing existing tasks and create a new separate task with a workflow to match the request needs (rather than manually adding steps to the existing linked task). This results in 2 tasks - 1 for the newly created task (which will be "related" to the work request automatically) and 1 for the existing task (which will also be related to the…

View Completed Tasks in Board View with all 'Columns' Filters
I would like to see Completed Tasks within the Board View when filtering via any Columns - i.e. Fields, Campaign, etc. without having to Group by Status.
I should then be able to use the Filter Panel to adjust the Status as needed.4 votes -
Workflow name expansion from task
My suggestion is to allow for the workflow list to be able to expand when pulling in from a task view. Kind of like how we can expand by pulling on the bottom right corner while editing a brief for example. Sometimes workflow names are a little lengthy and get cut off.

More Customized Permissions - Limited Access to Briefs and Workflows
As a marketing operations manager, we utilize the Work Requests feature to screen what gets created as tasks for our creative teams. We don't want everyone in the organization to be able to create and assign them tasks directly.
However, we do want to enable anyone to submit a task to our compliance team directly. Our compliance team doesn't want to mess with both Work Requests and Tasks, they just want to see Tasks that are assigned to them.
Today, I cannot enable this functionality without giving all users full access to creating tasks. As a result, I have to…

Viewing Experimentation Results in the CMP
I've connected experimentation x CMP via the collaboration connector. We can easily see experiment variations, run time, metrics, etc. however we cannot see results within the CMP. Anytime someone in a hypothesis project wants to see the results of an experiment, I still need to manually grab the results from the experimentation platform. Could we pull in a results tab into the CMP?

Product Feedback: AI for Workflow efficiency
This idea is for using AI/automation more when creating the steps we have built in our workflows.
Once you have added a person or group, it also adds in a shortlist when adding on the other steps. And also suggests date and time for each step based on earlier tasks and what start date and end date you have for the task.
The automation could cut down on the time spent assigning people and dates on a step-by-step basis (since we're not able to multi-select by programming for example: If I put a person on the workflow "[B+C+V Team] Graphic…2 votes -
Updates column option - request board
I haven't found a good way to create a staging board or backlog (to also act as a rolling Kanban but in a list view) and have been using the request board.
My suggestion is to add a column option (at the request board level) for "updates" and either allow this column to be editable OR find a way to pull in the last comment on a request item. My thought is that this will carry over and show as an update on that column/field.
Why: This would allow for quick update sessions when conducting daily check-ins and reviewing WIP…

Task prioritization
What: it would be great if we could see a task's priority pulled over from the request board level.
Why: This would help the team identify what tasks they should prioritize and focus on while multi-tasking many different tasks.

Product Feedback: Link to existing campaigns in dropdown on Work request page.
On the Add a work request page for some WRs (e.g. GENERAL - News article request, there is a radio button Is this part of an approved campaign, yes or no. And underneath is the option Which wider project or campaign is this related to, if applicable? Would it be possible to have this as a dropdown list of all the campaigns in the cmp so the user could select it and so link it, giving more visibility to users?

Keep track of what was downloaded from the marketplace
I am the CSM for the customer SNP. My customer wants to keep track of what was downloaded from the marketplace and how many allowance they have. A folder showing all downloaded images is also helpful.

We would like to disable the time a step is due in a task
All of our task steps are due EOD. It is very time consuming to have to set each step in each task to that time. We would like to be able to either turn off all times due, and only have a date, or set all times to a default time.

Product Feedback: GET Task Brief API Response to include Field ID
Description: I would like to request you to consider a feature request for the GET Task Brief (GET /tasks/{id}/brief API. The response for this API returns the fields that are part of the Task brief, carried over from the Work Request. In the field array, we get the information as name and value combination. Other similar APIs like the GET Task field (GET tasks/{taskid}/fields or GET Task Asset field (GET /tasks/{taskid}/assets/{asset_id}/fields return the field ID along with the name and value combination.
