Plan view concern || Group title is hidden or pushed at bottom when you expand the list of tasks
In a recent UI upgrade or change in Optimizely we have noticed that the grouping title is now being moved to bottom of the list when you expand the group :
See below example: On a collapsed view all looks good, when I expand the group "None" as given in below example, all the tasks are listed on top and the group name is pushed to bottom.
The tasks list is too long so when scroll down the value of group title is not visible and it confuses what list we are looking at.

Group mailbox notification settings
We use team mailboxes (eg social media, web team, event team...) as users in CMP so we can assign Tasks or Requests to these shared mailboxes. These then receive the email notifications from CMP and it´s easier for our teams to stay on top of tons of the notifications in one inbox accessed by the whole team, than notifications sent to each member of a Team in CMP - so e.g. 10 people receive the same notification and when someone reads the email, the others might not be aware it has been already responded.

Campaign Content - Stop it From Being Automatically Added to DAM
The campaign content section currently is meant for completed assets and is where assets from tasks goes into rather than the other way round.
For Campaigns we are working on, we would like to be able to add Assets to a Campaign without it automatically being pushed to the DAM. Perhaps a feature setting where you can control this?

When you watch a video inside a collection, the video player shouldn't be bigger than the window
Issue: when I watch a video inside of a Collection, the video player is bigger than my browser window. The video player inside Collections (and elsewhere) should automatically resize to not be bigger than the window.

Search Engine indexing feature
The current feature to enable search engine indexing is available on single document in CMP.
Along with this, can we have this option on the upload screen as well?
This will enable the content author to decide whether to index or not to index right when uploading the document, rather than uploading it first and then individually enabling / disabling this at later stage.attached screenshots for your reference.

Request to Add Organization-Level Option to Disable CMP Validation Popup
A new feature was added to the CMP that displays a validation popup whenever fields and their values are added, updated, or removed while working on a task. We would like to have the ability to disable this feature at the organization level within our instance.

Im a marketer. When working on a task we all users in the task to receive alerts when new versions of an asset are uploaded.

Viewing Experimentation Results in the CMP
I've connected experimentation x CMP via the collaboration connector. We can easily see experiment variations, run time, metrics, etc. however we cannot see results within the CMP. Anytime someone in a hypothesis project wants to see the results of an experiment, I still need to manually grab the results from the experimentation platform. Could we pull in a results tab into the CMP?

Change of workflow/step/task date - reason
I want users who make a change to a due date which impacts other task timelines to be asked to enter a reason for the change. This reason for the change should be something we should be able to report on it, so we can track changes in reasons for things being delayed or brought forward.

Set the default timezone of all users
When adding a new user, the default timezone of the user is set as US/Canada. We would need to be able to set the default of all new users to be set as another timezone so that the user does not need to change it manually.

Product Feedback: Colours
Description: Hi
Would it be possible to expand the color-coding options in the calendar? Currently, it seems only campaigns have distinct colors. Adding color-coding for tasks, campaigns, events, and other calendar items would significantly improve visibility and organization, making it easier to differentiate between various activities at a glance.

Export of Plan/Saved Views via open API
Export Plan data or Saved views from CMP via the open APIs. As of now, no Open API is available for this. We can export Campaign, tasks, users, fields, etc. but there is no way to associate them together to create a plan. I Believe this should have already been there as plan or saved view is a major component in CMP and since there is already a way to manually export this data into csv files, there should have also been a way to automate the export.

Set default notifications levels at org level
As an admin I want to set a default range of notification settings for all new users, instead of having each user to apply a specific list of notification settings individually.

My Assignments inbox update
Marketing Automation Manager that has many tasks running at one time.
I am wanting to reduce the number that is in the "my assignments" inbox by having applicable filters. Example: I have 24 "assignments" showing up currently but they are assigned to my entire team. They are not relevant until they get assigned to an individual so I don't need to see all 24 at this time. Would love the ability to check a box that says "my work" that would be for things I am assigned to by myself. Another option would be able to hide the overdue, today…

Would like to receive email notifications when a step requires my Team's action
We utilize Teams in Optimizely to put work into Team Queues. Steps in our workflow are assigned to those teams.
However, users on those Teams do not get a notification when it's their turn in the workflow, because that's not an option at the Notification level.
Today the choices are:
- Receive a notificaiton when a step is assigned to you or your team
- Step requires action (notifies you when a step requires your action)We'd like that second option to be inclusive of Teams as well. If you are on the Team, it should notify you. Today it…
