Hide Opal AI Pop-Ups
Please give us the option to permanently hide the constant Opal AI Assistant pop-ups. We are experiencing bugs where these pop-ups keep occurring and we are closing them all day long. On mobile, these pop-ups seem impossible to close.

Efficiency Dashboard for Work Requests
Now that we have efficiency dashboards for Tasks and Campaigns and coming up for the DAM, could we have a dashboard for work requests?

Product Feedback: Option to Delete a step and all the sub-steps one one go
We would really like to see functionality added that allows users to delete an entire step, including all its substeps, in one action. At the moment, having to delete substeps individually is extremely time-consuming—especially when a step contains 10 or 15 substeps.
This improvement would be a significant time-saver and a much-needed enhancement to the workflow. While the option to delete individual substeps is still important, the ability to remove entire steps and their substeps in one go is essential.2 votes -
Product Feedback: Hardcoded Steps
Description: Hi Team,
I'd love to put in a suggestion to make Steps within workflows hardcoded. Perhaps it can be a check box that be checked on/off if you want to make the step hardcoded.
The purpose of this would be so that when you want to update a step in a workflow that it updates it across all the workflows. Right now when for example our CMO has changed, we have to go into each workflow and update the assignee rather than go to the step (like a field for example and just update the assignee there and then…2 votes -
Task Templates - overwriting the task Title
Hi Team, many thanks for intruducing the Task Templates - super helpful. I have observed an unexpected behaviour when creating a Task:
1 Fill in the 1st field - Title
2 Choose the Task template
= Title gets overwritten by the template title which feels counter-intuitive and users wven might not notice this. This is also not the case with the Campaign templates. Is there some rationale we are missing or could this be improved?

Select translation of existing page
Our team creates an English version of a page and sends it to a third party for translation. The translation service then adds the translations into our CMS site as draft translations. We would like to add these translations to a task in CMP so that we can approve and schedule the publishing of the content after it's been translated.

In List View - More options for Sorting
Currently can organize rows in column by ascending & descending alphabetically by campaign naming. Would be great to have more options or be able to drag and drop in order of your choosing, or sort by other columns i.e. Priority.

Product Feedback: Campaign fields have been changed
Hi we had mandatory fields that needs to be completed when you do a new campaign, these don't seem to be mandatory anymore and we need them to be, grateful if this can be changed back.

CMS + CMP Publishing Integration
The publishing integration allows you to create, edit, approve, and schedule the publishing of CMS web content without needing to manually link content or switching between products.
Planned functionality:

Automatically Close Work Request
When we complete the tasks we've created from a work request, it would be great if that would also mark the work request itself as completed. Right now, we have to remember to go back to the request and manually mark it complete. If we forget (which is often, it sits open as "accepted" for a very long time and it's hard to keep track of what is done and what isn't.

Edit Campaign Templates
Today, there is no way to edit an existing campaign template. Instead, you must create a new template and deactivate the old one. It's a lot of manual admin work, especially if you have a complex setup and need to make a small change.

Often, we have requests that are similar to existing requests. We'd like to be able to copy instead of submitting an all-new request.

Creative Asset/Content Templates
We would like to be able to upload/create templates for creative assets. The reason for this is so that we can govern creative content whilst maintaining all history and versioning, comment capability and so on. We would use this for email templates, sales slick templates, etc. as they always have the same format.

Wordpress Integration - Support Advanced Custom FIelds
Advanced custom field allows for better taxonomy inside Wordpress and is a readily available plugin often used by clients. Our metadata mapping does not work via our current integration if the client is using the this plugin.
