Hide Opal AI Pop-Ups

Please give us the option to permanently hide the constant Opal AI Assistant pop-ups. We are experiencing bugs where these pop-ups keep occurring and we are closing them all day long. On mobile, these pop-ups seem impossible to close.

    Hello!
    The opal pop-up has been an inconvenience and is disruptive to the workflow. Even when opting out of the new beta version, the pop-up keeps occurring regardless of which version is being used. Please provide an option to stop these pop-up from happening every time you need to refresh the page.

    Opal chat sidebar keeps being an issue, please provide an option to turn off/mute this feature.

    Within admin we toggled off generative AI (as this was the only troubleshooting we could find so far to try and disable much of Opal through the platform) but the opal chat screen continues to pop-up throughout the platform (even when 'x-ing' out of it) without a way to just disable this feature. It's causing a slowdown to our work processes, so we are hoping this can be addressed. At least an option to disable this feature would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Hello,

    Opal chat sidebar keeps appearing and becoming a persistent issue.
    Have even enabled "New UI" and it still appears after refreshing. Please adjust ASAP or provide an option to turn off/mute this feature.

    Hello, I am coming back to add that this has become a work-stopping issue. The Opal AI window keeps opening and covering the entire workflow, and my entire team and I are unable to close the Opal AI window. Please address this ASAP.

    The Opal AI window opens on every single Optimizely screen.

    I would also like to add that there is a bug in the desktop version of Opti CMP. I keep toggling off "Enable AI", but the "Ask AI" sidebar still keeps coming back. I need to turn it off several times a day, because it keeps turning itself back on every couple of hours.

    Even when I can see that I have it switched off, the sidebar will still appear frequently, see screenshot.
