(Real-time) Segment Templates
I want to have the option to create (real-time) segment templates within the ODP. With templates, we standardize the process of segment creation within the platform across all users, reducing errors and the risk of forgetting important filters like adding Marketing Consent for activation.

(Real-time) Segment Labelling
We want to have the option to tag or label our (real-time) segments within the ODP platform. Right now the only way to do labelling is through the segment name, making it very difficult to maintain bulk of segments. With the integration of tags / labels, it's way easier to manage, filter and work with segments in the platform.

Send FX data to ODP
Send FX information to ODP. I want information about what experiment, and specifically what variation of an experiment, a user saw to send to ODP so that I can see what experiments a visitor has been exposed to. I could then target visitors who saw Experiment A, Variation 1 in another test or trigger an email to them.

Custom Report - Pagination issue
If a custom report contains multiple pages and the user is on one of the last pages, reducing the columns or filters may result in only one page of data being generated. In such cases, the user remains on a subsequent page with no data.
The expected behavior is that if only the first page contains data, the user should automatically be redirected to the first page.3 votes -
Be able to close a Pop Up with X and by Clicking Outside Container
When creating a pop-up modal in ODP, I want to be able to set a close button AND click outside the container to dismiss the content.

Delete Custom created Objects
We would like the ability to delete or hide custom created Objects. Currently these tasks must be handled by Support/Engineering and it can take a long time for these requests to be processed.

Chron job for exports of reports
We have a few customers looking to export reports on a regular basis so that teams can have new data on a daily or weekly flow, without having to go into ODP.

Add possibility to report on how many identifiers of a given type are linked to a single profile
As a user I would like to be able to see a report where I can find how many identifiers of a given type are linked to the customer profile, so that I can monitor that there are no unexpected profiles where stitching has happened and I'm able to understand how many customers have for example more than 1 email linked to them.

Add an event when profile stitching is happening
Currently it is not possible to see when profile stitching has happened. This makes it almost impossible to investigate how incorrect stitching has happened as you can only see the end result. Having an event when profiles are stitched together would help a lot in identifying the time problems may have occurred.
Being able to monitor stitching events via reports would also make it possible to identify profiles where stitching has happened incorrectly (lot of stitching events at a certain point or lot of stitching events for a single customer.2 votes -
Allow mapping of customer fields to form text boxes
Currently, the form builder in activations allow you to map the following fields to a text box:
* First name
* Last name
* Name
* Email
* Phone
It would be nice to be able to map additional fields to a text box in a form like "Company", "State", etc. to be able to capture additional data in the form builder.
This could be very valuable for offering forms for headless sites as well as just expanding the functionality.3 votes -

Add support for related objects in behavioral activation campaign templates
We would like to be able to use activation campaigns in behavioral mode in the same way as we can do in one-time or recurring campaigns. We have a custom channel app that uses the data mapping template where we select fields from customer object and objects related to the customer. In behavioral mode only the customer object fields are correctly populated, fields from related objects are empty. Please add support for the related object fields as well.

Allow deletion of events via API
It would be necessary to be able to delete event from ODP via API. I have two uses in mind for this.
1. Currently there is no way to delete incorrectly created events. Mistake in data load or integration can cause unwanted event data and we would need a way to clean them away.
2. This would allow companies to implement data retention policies. According to GDPR we need to define for how long data is stored. The definition could vary based on the type of the data. Having option to delete data via API would give the users the…1 vote -

As a developer we would like to be able to edit the contents of the overview page as our client does not have commerce and would like to see more relevant data

All Campaign events shown in Top 10 Referral Sources
When I had a look in the Top 10 Referral Sources reporting in the Website Activity Dashboard, I saw over 82% of the referral sources came from campaign. For this reason I contacted Optimizely Support team within ticket #1499366. They saw that every campaign event from campaign is getting in this referral analysis and that is the reason, why 82% of the referrals come from campaign. Especially the campaign "sent" event is tracked here. This makes no sense here. Only the "click" event should be tracked here, because otherwise it is not a referral event.

ODP to expose Segments through GraphQL or other api
Currently we can only access Real-time Segments. We have requirements that go beyond 28 days and would like to personalise on normal segments.

Rename field labels
Right now, only Optimizely can edit the fields once created in the app. But we'd like the ability to at least change the field label from the UI. This shouldn't impact the API name of the field
