Add a Toggle at the top level on Master Overview Page to Filter Horizon Metrics
We would like the ability to see the Master Overview Horizon metrics by country/website, as our ODP instance rolls up multiple websites.

ODP to expose Segments through GraphQL or other api
Currently we can only access Real-time Segments. We have requirements that go beyond 28 days and would like to personalise on normal segments.

Custom Report - Pagination issue
If a custom report contains multiple pages and the user is on one of the last pages, reducing the columns or filters may result in only one page of data being generated. In such cases, the user remains on a subsequent page with no data.
The expected behavior is that if only the first page contains data, the user should automatically be redirected to the first page.3 votes -
Allow mapping of customer fields to form text boxes
Currently, the form builder in activations allow you to map the following fields to a text box:
* First name
* Last name
* Name
* Email
* Phone
It would be nice to be able to map additional fields to a text box in a form like "Company", "State", etc. to be able to capture additional data in the form builder.
This could be very valuable for offering forms for headless sites as well as just expanding the functionality.3 votes -
Add an event when profile stitching is happening
Currently it is not possible to see when profile stitching has happened. This makes it almost impossible to investigate how incorrect stitching has happened as you can only see the end result. Having an event when profiles are stitched together would help a lot in identifying the time problems may have occurred.
Being able to monitor stitching events via reports would also make it possible to identify profiles where stitching has happened incorrectly (lot of stitching events at a certain point or lot of stitching events for a single customer.3 votes -
Ability to organise custom reports into categories/folders
We have a high number of custom reports set up in ODP which relate to various initiatives, parts of the website and etc which currently appear in one long list. It would be great to be able to assign categories or folders to clean up this view and allow for easier sorting and filtering. It would be ideal to also be able to move a report from one folder to another.

Enhance Warning Message for OCP CLI App Unpublishing to Prevent Data Loss
When unpublishing an app using the OCP CLI, the current warning message does not sufficiently convey the risk of data loss, especially when removing an active production version.
The existing prompt is: "{app}" is currently installed in {count} account(s)... Are you sure you want to uninstall from all these accounts? [y/n]
This message lacks a clear warning about the permanent loss of data. We propose enhancing this prompt with a more explicit statement, such as: "You are about to uninstall an ACTIVE published version. If you do this, you will lose your product, its stored settings, and the storage it…

Add possibility to report on how many identifiers of a given type are linked to a single profile
As a user I would like to be able to see a report where I can find how many identifiers of a given type are linked to the customer profile, so that I can monitor that there are no unexpected profiles where stitching has happened and I'm able to understand how many customers have for example more than 1 email linked to them.

Send FX data to ODP
Send FX information to ODP. I want information about what experiment, and specifically what variation of an experiment, a user saw to send to ODP so that I can see what experiments a visitor has been exposed to. I could then target visitors who saw Experiment A, Variation 1 in another test or trigger an email to them.

Opal Built Custom Reports in ODP
A big challenge for people is building a custom report with the right criteria and data to get the answers that we are looking for.
Adding functionality to be able to generate reports for customers would allow for a reduction in friction in getting the right data.

ODP Forms: Make it possible to create/consume secure API endpoints with remote select
As of now, if you create an OCP Channel App, which has a field on a form, which gets data from another source, it is not possible to configure any type of authentication for that request.
It is also not possible to implement internal endpoints to be consumed on the forms, so that they would not be open to the public network at all.

Possibility for OCP applications to see request IP address
The APIs implemented in OCP applications are open to the internet. We would like to improve their security: We want to be able to to see and log the inbound requests with the calling IP, and utilize that information to implement IP filtering/whitelists.

Possibility to revoke access for GraphQL API for external use
GraphQL API is exposed to open internet. If a malicious actor gained access by obtaining the API key, they would gain access to all customer data, being also able to delete or obfuscate it.
We are not interested to have this opportunity available globally, since they key is utilized only internally by OCP applications and other Optimizely products.

Be able to close a Pop Up with X and by Clicking Outside Container
When creating a pop-up modal in ODP, I want to be able to set a close button AND click outside the container to dismiss the content.

We have a few customers looking to export reports on a regular basis so that teams can have new data on a daily or weekly flow, without having to go into ODP.

Allow deletion of events via API
It would be necessary to be able to delete event from ODP via API. I have two uses in mind for this.
1. Currently there is no way to delete incorrectly created events. Mistake in data load or integration can cause unwanted event data and we would need a way to clean them away.
2. This would allow companies to implement data retention policies. According to GDPR we need to define for how long data is stored. The definition could vary based on the type of the data. Having option to delete data via API would give the users the…1 vote
