Will the updated Taxonomy feature be released for CMS 13 soon so we don’t have to rely on 3rd party plugins?

+1. Beyond block-level categories, we need a global taxonomy hierarchy defined once and reused/mapped across content, rather than creating and multiplying taxonomies per context. A shared global hierarchy reduces authoring overhead and makes management more consistent for large portfolios.
