graph indexing
Request: ability to trigger Graph indexing job programmatically
If you update content types via import or API, my understanding is that you need to manually trigger the Optimizely Graph indexing job to sync those model changes to Graph.
The ability to trigger that indexing job via API would enable more automated processes for introducing changes to content types to a SaaS CMS instance.

Date/time element for forms
The current supported form types for SaaS CMS do not support a date/time element. This is a common element for dates, DOB etc

User experience improvement for Export Data
There is an Export property setting option that appears at the bottom of a screen ONLY when one or more Content Type options are selected. It is otherwise unexposed, and perhaps in the wrong place. I have a suggestion.

Manage Permissions screen should use API Key Name instead of ID
When setting content access rights for an API key, the UI should use the API key's "Name" field instead of the ID field, to make it more user-friendly.

Feature request: Cloudflare Turnstile Support in DXP

Execute Manually run Scheduled Jobs on the Scheduled Job Server
When a scheduled job is executed on a schedule it is executed on the special Scheduler server instance. When a scheduled job is executed by running it Manually it appears it executes on one of the front end servers. This feedback request is to suggest adding the manually run jobs to the queue or some other mechanism so they are executed on the scheduler instance. Running the scheduled jobs on the frontend web instances exposes the end users to poor performance when CPU and memory is peaked and can cause delays in executing the scheduled job when the server becomes…

Cloudflare 524 error page Statistics, Alerting and Customization request
When Cloudflare fails to load a page on our DXP hosted website we would like the ability to see statistics about the number of time the 524 error page was displayed to our users.
We would like to request that statistics and/or alerting be made available through the DXP portal to be able to determine the scope of issues involving 524.

Automate Site Restarts
Currently the only way to restart and environment is via the PaaS portal. It would be nice to be able to automate a restart as the last step of a deployment pipeline from for instance Azure Devops. Perhaps this feature could be added to the EpiCloud powershell module:

API for DXP environment restart
Currently you can restart an environment only manually from Optimizely paasportal.
We would need an API for restarting environments, which would be a more modern way of doing things and it would allow a better automation for managing environments.2 votes -

It would be great to have a way to completely reset a saas instance. It'd be really helpful to have a clean slate for our current work.

I manage our website and we just switched over to Optimizely. It is FAR better than our old system! However, editing our website is not intuitive and the button symbols are so rarely intuitive with their functions. Minimally when you hover over a button it should tell you what it's function is, please!

Automated "Set-and-Forget" Multi-Language Translation and Publishing via Opal AI
We currently manage our website in English plus 13 additional languages. Currently, the workflow to translate content requires editors to manually open each target language version in the Languages gadget, initiate auto-translate via Opal, and then manually publish each version. This requires a minimum of 13 separate clicks/actions for every single content change.
We would like a "set-and-forget" automation rule or workflow capability. When a page or block is published in the master language (English):
1. An automated workflow triggers immediately.
2. It sends the updated English content to Opal AI's Content Translation engine.

Ring Deployments - release tiers should apply to the embedded DAM as well as CMS
When we have a CMS instance on the Conservative ring, it does not prevent updates to the associated DAM instance (and Graph schema for that DAM instance), which can cause issues when the CMS graph doesn't get updated at the same time. See support ticket #1910807 for an example.

for more context I'm syncing my data through a webhook that triggers when published, so i want the webhook to be triggered when that page is deleted or expires.

Ability to Pick Nested Property for Header in Block List Properties
When enabling the "List" option for a "block" property type, adding blocks to an actual instance of my item only shows the name of the block type in the list and it is impossible to differentiate each item without opening them all (see attached screenshot). CMS Headless Preview Endpoint Selection
Editors cannot choose which head (localhost/dev/qa) to preview a page in - only one endpoint is available and tightly coupled.

Add Export Button to CMS Built-in Reports
CMS has several built-in reports under the Reports tab (Simple Addresses, Expired Pages, Link Status, etc.) that display useful content data, but none of them offer an export option. Users can view the data on screen, but have no way to download it, only copy paste it.
Adding a CSV export button to these reports would be helpful. The data is already being generated and rendered. The Simple Addresses report is a common pain point, as customers regularly need to audit simple addresses across their site and currently have to resort to Graph queries or custom API calls to extract…

Desktop/Tablet/mobile feature for preview is not available for standard page in visual builder
For content managers and editors, it is essential to have the ability to preview pages across multiple device types. Currently, this functionality is limited to Experience Types only.
This is a significant gap, as standard pages are also being created and previewed within the Visual Builder. Enabling multi-device preview for these pages would greatly enhance the content editing and validation experience for editors and managers.
