I would like Opal to be able to generate customer summary reports using my ODP data. Similar to the built in customer summary generator which can be used on 1:1 level, I would like Opal to have access to run this thorugh chat, as well as have Opal generate group custmer summary reports. I.e. provide me the top 5 areas that customer type A visits. This would be beneficial to help understand our cusotmers better and provide inspiration for RTA and personalisation efforts
