Allow opal to give reply across different instances
Sometimes you want to start a campaign or hypothesis in CMP, then take that idea into Experimentation, and finish in Analytics (for when that's supported). Right now you need to select an instance, but ideally Opal can select this for you (maybe an "auto" option in the instance selection? it could be another tool Opal could have access to)

Function to allow skipping business context
There are a lot of scenarios where you don't need all business context Opal provides and you just need a quick answer. Like, summarize this text for me, or translate it to another language.
Idea: Allow users to checkbox a "Think fast" in the prompt window. It would only be active for one turn before resetting, and allows you to get a faster response in scenarios like this (where you almost want to use it like a 'dumb' AI without the instruction prefixing. You could even select a faster model in this case (flash vs pro)

Threads are not automatically renamed
When opening a new chat and sending some messages, only on refreshing the browser do threads get renamed, also the names are often too long, and you can't resize (or hide) the sidebar

Opal UI keeps cursor at pointer
Whatever you're interacting with in opal.optimizely.com, the cursor is always a pointer where that seems unintentional and incorrect. You would expect it to be a text-selection cursor, normal pointer and other types most of the time unless there's something to be clicked on.

Instance selection should remain sticky between sessions
When you select instances, it resets every time you reload the page. Ideally it remains sticky per conversation, or even sticky by user's browser. Most likely I'd want to continue conversation where I left off.
Also, if re-auth happens, it resets this to blank
