As a content author and administrator, I would like a more user friendly way for legal or compliance reviews for updated pages. One where, if enabled, that approval step can give them a view similar to external content review and add comments on specific parts of the pages, and those comments in the markup would get added to the page comments for auditing. This makes it easier for our review team to view drafts without having to go to every single new block with individual feedback.
