Text messaging alerts
When a customer is having platform issues at their site(s, our Incident Management team gets an automated ticket that also get sent to the customer's alert contact list.
However, many users need to actively update their email inboxes to be able to see this email. One of our customers came up with the idea that there's also a need to send out an SMS when an alert is sent out, as it's easier to be notified as it pops up in your notifications unlike email does.32 votes -
Request for limited support regarding Azure Storage Queue hosted by DXP
We have a solution that is live now with a large customer and multiple integrations. Storage Queue is being leveraged to elevate the delays of processing data into Opti. We noticed we don't have access to delete or update the queues (though we were able to create new queues.
We understand Storage Queue is not supported by the SLA but it will be very helpful if when needed the Opti team help us when we need to "clear" messages from the queue by submitting a ticket or giving the partner team limited access to clear queues specially on lower environments16 votes -
Access to container / docker logs
As a developer, I want to access and download container/docker logs from PaaS portal and my environments, just as I can download application logs. This will help me find useful information when a container crashes or fails to start.
See attached dockerlogsmockup.png for suggestion for how this could look.
Here is an example of interesting exception in the docker logs. Today I need to reach out to support to access this vital information.

Left navigation automatic setting
Create an automatic way, rather than doing it manually, to set the attributes that show in the left navigation bar. That functionality would allow the user to create rule(s) where an attribute would show as a filter only if the attribute meets a specified criteria - for example if 5 items in the category have a value, then show it, if not don't show. Currently no way to set up such a rule.
All I found is a way to say yes or no to attribute showing in the filters, more like an all-or-nothing situation.

Access to graphiQL

The default GraphiQL dashboard operates on a single key principle, which means it lacks authentication mechanisms. Consequently, even if the consuming team implements the OIDC feature for authenticating graph usage, this authentication cannot be enforced when accessing the graph through the dashboard. As a result, "Read" access is granted universally, rather than being restricted to specific groups.
Implementing authentication for graph usage, potentially through the Identity Provider (IdP) that users log in with, would significantly enhance security. Simplify the process of adding domains
As a owner of multiple sites on the same DXP i would like a simpler way to add domains to our DXP. The process of mailing back and forth with the support doesnt feel like a modern solution.
I would like a way where i can add the domain via the management portal.
A suggestion for a process:
1. Add the domain to the portal.
2. Portal returns with the Cloudflare verify TXT and the CNAME.
3. I add theese to my DNS.
4. Portal notices that they are added to DNS and completes the process. (without having to restart…7 votes -
Allow Access to App Insights > Investigate > Performance > Code Optimizations
I was advised by Technical Support services that Code Optimization access is not currently supported for DXP. Please Allow Access to App Insights > Investigate > Performance > Code Optimizations. It is a read permission, can provide useful information for developers, and I'm not aware of any major downsides or risks to adding this to the Power User role.

Support Early Hints in Cloudflare
Providing a means to enable the Early Hints feature in Cloudflare, which is included in all plans, could potentially improve performance drastically.
Enabling through PaaS portal is prefereable but a support ticket would be fine aswell.

Enable to save KQL queries and workbooks in Azure portal
I know, that direct access to PREPROD and PROD environments is not fully supported. I can still access PROD Application Insights in Azure portal but I'm wondering why it's not possible to save queries nor create workbooks?! We have logs in Application Insights but we have no chance to save KQL queries nor workbooks for later use. Is this by design of DXP or can be somehow configured from your side?

Sendgrid Bounce back List
Customers would like the ability to have the list of emails on the Sendgrid bounce back list sent to them automatically or accessible within the DXC Dashboard/CMS. Current process requires them to submit a support ticket and request the information but they would like more visibility and control over this information.

Allow for CMS access management in the DXP Portal
New properties added to App Settings in the DXP Portal, allowing for DXP users to whitelist allowed IPs for CMS access.

SaaS CMS -- undo/redo feature within versions
On PaaS CMS, there's an ability to roll back/undo changes made within a content version during the current session (see screenshot).
For ex: if I make multiple changes to this page, then clicking that "Undo" link will revert the last change (and clicking it again will revert the prior change, etc) all within the current content version.
In PaaS, if you leave the CMS, or just change pages within the CMS, that link goes away, but it can be helpful at times -- would be great to have this available in SaaS CMS.

Support Cloudflare Email Address Obfuscation feature as part of DXP
As a DXP customer I would like to prevent email harvesters from scraping my website looking for email addresses to spam. Cloudflare has an Email Address Obfuscation feature which provides a solution but it is not available to DXP customers.

PCI DSS 4.0 requirement 11.6.1: For use of iframes hosting the payment service provider's payment page, a change and tamper detection mechanism to alert personnel to changes to HTTP headers or payment page contents; the mechanism must work at least every 7 days.

Allow access to Sustainability reporting
Microsoft provides facilities to insight and measurement of sustainability metrics which are available from the platform, as part of sustainability efforts it would be good to have the option to have access to this (a little like appinsights, to be able to then enrich with other experience data.

Inconsistent trailing slash behavior with Simple Address in SaaS CMS + Content Graph
I'm encountering an inconsistency when working with URLs in the SaaS CMS frontend using Content Graph. All content URLs returned from Graph include a trailing slash except for those using the Simple Address feature — see screenshot for reference.
This inconsistency makes it difficult to reliably match URLs when resolving routing on the frontend. Since URL comparison often involves exact string matches, the mismatch in trailing slash behavior leads to additional logic and potential edge cases.

Support using Sendgrid's EU datacenter
As a European site owner, I would like to send mails through Sendgrid's EU-based datacenter.
At the moment, DXP always uses the US API endpoint and routes the mails through a dedicated US address. For various reasons, we would like to have the choice of either EU or US datacenters.3 votes -
Enable Brotli Support For WebP and Avif
Brotli support can be enabled in Cloudflare for assets and is the best compression mechanism.
Also for Core WebVitals we and many other solutions compress images to Avif (best or WebP (second best so that they are delivered in the best way.
The default compression formats do not support these formats for Brotli https://developers.cloudflare.com/speed/optimization/content/compression/#compression-between-cloudflare-and-website-visitors and need compression rules enabled to support enabling it.
Current the DXP does not allow us to do that and we would like the ability to add these file types so that Brotli can be used.3 votes -
