  1. When a customer is having platform issues at their site(s, our Incident Management team gets an automated ticket that also get sent to the customer's alert contact list.
    However, many users need to actively update their email inboxes to be able to see this email. One of our customers came up with the idea that there's also a need to send out an SMS when an alert is sent out, as it's easier to be notified as it pops up in your notifications unlike email does.

  2. At the moment, if we try to save a custom workbook in application insights, we get the following error:
    "You do not have the ability to create workbooks in this resource group".
    Is it possible to modify the access rights so we have the option to create workbooks?

  3. We have a solution that is live now with a large customer and multiple integrations. Storage Queue is being leveraged to elevate the delays of processing data into Opti. We noticed we don't have access to delete or update the queues (though we were able to create new queues.
    We understand Storage Queue is not supported by the SLA but it will be very helpful if when needed the Opti team help us when we need to "clear" messages from the queue by submitting a ticket or giving the partner team limited access to clear queues specially on lower environments

  4. For CMS customers that need to copy database and blobs using PaaS Portal, the environment-specific web hostnames (Admin > Config tab > Manage Websites become overwritten. Therefore, users wishing to view content in the preproduction system are routed over to production until the admin puts all the pre-production hostnames back into the system.

  5. It will be good to have a maintenance page or custom error page automatically put up when origin server is not reachable e.g. 403, 502, 503 error response. So that user are not just seeing a generic error page which may impact business image.

  6. Currently, when content authors choose to upload image or other media files and replace existing media with the same name, the old replaced media lingers in the CDN cache. The CDN cache can be quickly purged through the PaaS portal, but this is a manual step that requires accessing another site outside the CMS itself.

    It would be good if Optimizely could provide an API to purge the CDN cache. This would allow development around purging the CDN cache.

    But ideally, functionality could be built into CMS for this. When replacing an existing media file with the same name, CMS…

  8. As a developer, I want to access and download container/docker logs from PaaS portal and my environments, just as I can download application logs. This will help me find useful information when a container crashes or fails to start.
    See attached dockerlogsmockup.png for suggestion for how this could look.
    Here is an example of interesting exception in the docker logs. Today I need to reach out to support to access this vital information.

  9. There is no option to add Alt Text in multiple languages to assets when using the DAM Asset Picker within the CMS.

    With the European Accessibility Act (EAA) taking effect in June it is imperative that we are able to maintain the level of accessibility (via localised alt text) that we had prior to using the DAM integration.

  10. Create an automatic way, rather than doing it manually, to set the attributes that show in the left navigation bar. That functionality would allow the user to create rule(s) where an attribute would show as a filter only if the attribute meets a specified criteria - for example if 5 items in the category have a value, then show it, if not don't show. Currently no way to set up such a rule.

    All I found is a way to say yes or no to attribute showing in the filters, more like an all-or-nothing situation.

  11. As a owner of multiple sites on the same DXP i would like a simpler way to add domains to our DXP. The process of mailing back and forth with the support doesnt feel like a modern solution.
    I would like a way where i can add the domain via the management portal.
    A suggestion for a process:
    1. Add the domain to the portal.
    2. Portal returns with the Cloudflare verify TXT and the CNAME.
    3. I add theese to my DNS.
    4. Portal notices that they are added to DNS and completes the process. (without having to restart…

  12. I was advised by Technical Support services that Code Optimization access is not currently supported for DXP. Please Allow Access to App Insights > Investigate > Performance > Code Optimizations. It is a read permission, can provide useful information for developers, and I'm not aware of any major downsides or risks to adding this to the Power User role.

  13. Providing a means to enable the Early Hints feature in Cloudflare, which is included in all plans, could potentially improve performance drastically.
    Enabling through PaaS portal is prefereable but a support ticket would be fine aswell.

  15. Customers would like the ability to have the list of emails on the Sendgrid bounce back list sent to them automatically or accessible within the DXC Dashboard/CMS. Current process requires them to submit a support ticket and request the information but they would like more visibility and control over this information.

  16. Before CMS 12 (and/or Commerce 14, DXP customers had access to SendGrid to log in directly at Sendgrid to see statistics on emails sent, bounce rates, open rates etc. This access was revoked as clients upgraded and the DXP environments were switched out.
    Emails are fundamental for any commerce solution and I don't see any justifiable reason that DXP customers shouldn't at least have read-only access to SendGrid directly to self serve information on their email deliverability health.

  18. On PaaS CMS, there's an ability to roll back/undo changes made within a content version during the current session (see screenshot).

    For ex: if I make multiple changes to this page, then clicking that "Undo" link will revert the last change (and clicking it again will revert the prior change, etc) all within the current content version.

    In PaaS, if you leave the CMS, or just change pages within the CMS, that link goes away, but it can be helpful at times -- would be great to have this available in SaaS CMS.

  19. As a performance engineer, I need either support or access to create Stored Log Queries on our preproduction and production environments. Currently, we have minimal functionality and rights to create these queries in our staging application insights, which has been beneficial.
    Having similar access in preproduction and production is crucial for maintaining performance and quickly resolving issues. Your prompt assistance in this matter would greatly enhance our operational efficiency.
    Creation of custom queries is possible by going to:

  20. As a DXP customer I would like to prevent email harvesters from scraping my website looking for email addresses to spam. Cloudflare has an Email Address Obfuscation feature which provides a solution but it is not available to DXP customers.
