    I agree with this - it would also be great if you could multi-select or select which step you need to clone/copy so you're not just limited to the previous step in the workflow.

    It would also be great if we could set different task due dates and final step due dates while converting from request to active task. Sometimes we want to finish a project earlier than planned (deploy early vs overall task due date)
