It would be nice to update prioritization options (showing at the request level) to more than "low" "medium" "high". For example and "urgent" or "hot".

It would be great to be able to update these or add when needed. However I don't think we have the ability to create new priority options (if we do please let me know!)

And for lifecycle progression options - at the request level - currently we have "submitted" "accepted" and "declined". It would be great to have an option for when something isn't "declined" however we're not able to accept because (for example) more information is required from the requestor. Something like "Send back - needs more information"

How I envision these expanding:
- Submitted
- Review in progress or pending approval or scoping in progress
- Send back - more information required
- Stakeholder updates in progress (to indicate when information is needed or updates are in progress)
- Re-submitted
- Cancelled or no longer needed
- On hold
- Accepted - upon condition
- Accepted
- Declined
