Skip workflow toggle with required comment
As an administrator, I'd like to be able to set up an approval sequence with a toggle option to skip workflows for minor changes that do not require review. This would allow small changes or quick edits that don't require a compliance review to be published with a comment to justify the action for audits. Otherwise, even small changes such as a typo fixes or urgent changes goes through reviews unless an admin makes the update, which may not be feasible at the time of the change and cause bottlenecks.
