App settings
I'm a developer setting up secrets inside PaaS using App Settings and find that the "Add new secret" button is quite inconvenient when adding a different value for another environment. I'd like for adding a value for another environment than the first to be a part of the edit popup of the secret so that you don't have to repeat the secrets/settings name three times - risking to misspell it.
