  1. When a customer is having platform issues at their site(s, our Incident Management team gets an automated ticket that also get sent to the customer's alert contact list.
    However, many users need to actively update their email inboxes to be able to see this email. One of our customers came up with the idea that there's also a need to send out an SMS when an alert is sent out, as it's easier to be notified as it pops up in your notifications unlike email does.
