Task/Campaign management and User holidays
We need the system to better support user holidays. When a user is out of office for an extended period of time, we need to be able to assign the user's Tasks in progress to other members of the Team in a quick and efficient way. Currently, this process is extremely manual, involves multiple clicks to re-assign each individual task, and needs to be manually un-done once the person returns.
Adding holiday within the CMP account setting should prompt the User to set a delegate which would re-assign all items in progress to that person which were due to fall within the holiday dates.
