Customer needs other business units in the company who do not use CMP to submit work requests. Allow for email to be captured through SSO, and for users to be able to submit a form using a Public URL. Recipients are then notified through Email notifications.

    We're onboarding the new platform and our organization currently uses a public form within our content management platform and we need to have the same functionality with CMP. It's an expectation that this platform would meet or exceed our currently functionality. Thank you.
