I haven't found a good way to create a staging board or backlog (to also act as a rolling Kanban but in a list view) and have been using the request board.

My suggestion is to add a column option (at the request board level) for "updates" and either allow this column to be editable OR find a way to pull in the last comment on a request item. My thought is that this will carry over and show as an update on that column/field.

Why: This would allow for quick update sessions when conducting daily check-ins and reviewing WIP or on the request board (as opposed to clicking into each individual item)

It would also be a much better experience than what I currently have to do which is export out to CSV, add my own field for "updates" or "notes" and update.
We get a LOT of requests, probably averaging at least 5 per day, so I'm constantly exporting, saving a new version, adding new columns to the excel version, carrying over notes...it's a very tedious process.

If there is a better way that I'm not figuring out, please let me know!
