  1. Cart History only shows the user's assigned approver, not the actual user who approved the order if a different account Administrator logs in and approves it. Customers are refusing payment because we cannot provide information regarding who approved the order, so this is critical for us.

  2. When Remember Me/Keep Me Signed In is enabled for the website, and the user selects the Remember Me/Keep Me Signed In option when signing into the Website, there is nothing that forces them to sign in again if their role has been changed. They can return to the website based on their cookies, even though their role has now been changed (example: from Buyer3 to Buyer1). As a result, they can place an order without approval.

Please implement a function to force website users to sign in again when their role has been changed.

  3. Problem Statement:
As a frequent user of Lists within the site, I need to find items based on custom information I have added to the Line Note within the List so that I can be sure I am ordering the proper item.

    Proposed Solution:
Allow for the user to use the existing search field within Lists to find text within the Line Notes of items in the list. Customers will often put Ordering Details, Stocking Data, or even Custom Part Numbers within that field so they can be clear about what is ordered. But, those notes are not searchable, so…

  4. As a client some basic information available on all the email templates, to provide a better experience to our customers.
WebsiteUrl -> Will help link back from the email back to the website. This variable is available on some templates, but not all.
LogoImagePath -> Will help stylize the emails with the company logo. This variable is available on some templates, but not all.
WebsiteName -> This will help make the website name visible and more recognizable.
CurrentYear -> To be used on the copyright footer, so we don't need to update the templates on every year change.

  5. It would be nice if we had the ability to assign lists to all customers at one. Currently, I can only assign them to 30 at a time and it is time consuming.
We would also like to see the ability to leverage rules to dynamically assign customers based on Customer Bill To and Ship To Fields (currently offered in Restriction Groups for example

  6. If a Buyer1 places an order, it kicks off to the Approver to approve the order.
What if the Approver wants to reject the order for some reason? There needs to be a way to reject and add comments.

We understand the importance of having a robust workflow that not only allows for approvals but also provides the flexibility to reject orders when necessary.

I'm pleased to inform you that we are currently working on enhancements to our order approval workflow, which will address this request. Here are some of the improvements that are in process:

    1. Order Editing and Communication Enhancements:
    • Our new feature allows approvers and submitters to make edits to orders pending approval without having to reject and restart the order process. This includes adding, removing, or editing line items.
    • The design we are proposing provides additional storefront messaging and activity log to ensure proper communication between the submitter and order approver regarding any changes made to the order.
    • Proper status management will also put in place to ensure that only one user can make edits at a time, preventing conflicting changes.
    1. Rejection Path with Comments:
