Feature request: Updating reachability of members who have changed email address
Our customers will occasionally change their contact email address. When we update the data in the ODP, these customers will now have 2 or more email addresses on their profile. However, the old email address is still tagged as “reachable”. In order to reach customers on their new email addresses, we need to set the new email address as “reachable”. This is not done automatically, and it is not possible to do in the GUI. It can only be done through the API or by uploading a .csv-file with reachability events.
Feature request: When a user in the ODP has a new email address associated with their profile, this email address should be tagged as “reachable” and used as the primary contact for email communication. It should also be possible to change reachability on specific users under their user profile.
