  3. Our content strategists rely on RTS estimates to determine if certain segments are working properly. Currently these estimates are drastically different that the Segment counts using the same criteria. This is forcing our strategists to create a Segment for every RTS in order to get accurate counts and undermines the confidence in RTS reach.

  4. Our business does not populate all of the available fields within the ODP platform with data and therefore when a marketer is building a segment they have to scroll through multiple options of fields that can not be used. We would like a way to Hide or Delete these fields from their view so they only see relevant fields with data they can use.

  5. Right now, only Optimizely can edit the fields once created in the app. But we'd like the ability to at least change the field label from the UI. This shouldn't impact the API name of the field

  6. We are using ODP for personalizing content to our intranet user. Per our data retention requirements, we need the ability to remove users when they leave the company. However, since they can be hired back with the same email address and identifiers later, we need the ability to add them back to ODP in the future. We can't use the compliance delete feature because that permanently blocks adding back a users with the same identiiers.

  7. Our site is multi-currency: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and PTS (which indicates loyalty points. Currently, it's using PTS orders (which start at 1,000 as $ so it's showing a user redeeming for 2k points as having an order value of $2,000. If there was a way to filter this by currency we would just filter to USD only, especially for the key reports and profiles, but that's not currently possible.

  8. Have an audit log report for user roles (permisison changes and teh admin responsible for the change and allow for us to report when 'PII viewer' has been turned on/off for a certain user. We would like to see when 'PII Viewer' permissions are granted (date/time, when the permission is revoked (date/time, and who edited the 'PII Viewer' access (user field.
