UNRVLD.ODP.VisitorGroups package makes sync blocking calls to GraphQL endpoints
We use multiple CMS blocks that rely on real‑time audiences from ODP via the UNRVLD.ODP.VisitorGroups package. Over the past month, we’ve had a couple of site outages traced to blocking calls to ODP during request processing.
Could we update the package to remove/blocking calls on the request path and add resiliency (e.g., async calls with timeouts, circuit breaker, caching, and graceful fallbacks)?2 votes -
Make profile URL fields clickable in ODP (safe link rendering)
We frequently need to store URLs (e.g. deep links to external systems) as profile attributes in ODP.
Today, string attributes are always rendered as plain text in the profile UI. Even if the value is a valid URL, users cannot click it and have to copy & paste the link manually, which creates unnecessary friction.
We are not requesting HTML support in profile fields, as this would come with security considerations. Instead, we would like to suggest a safe, controlled way to open URLs, for example:
- a dedicated Link / URL field type, or
- a string-based field type rendered as…

Integrate product recommendations order reporting data into ODP
Specifically product recs orders data with associated metadata: (widgets, pages, etc)

ODP - Add relative data criteria to Real Time Audiences
Add the ability to define relative date criteria to Real-Time Audience definitions. (Similar to what is available in Standard Audiences)
For example, we need to add all profileswith a date property value that is within the last 6 months. It is not feasible to input a specific date for the audience which is the only option.
8 votesThank you for the feedback! Supporting relative date predicates in RTS is high on our priority list. We're evaluating at the moment whether we can introduce it as early as 2025-Q1 and we'll make sure to keep you updated either way.

Delete Custom created Objects
We would like the ability to delete or hide custom created Objects. Currently these tasks must be handled by Support/Engineering and it can take a long time for these requests to be processed.
