thumbnail for content type
Add thumbnail image for content type or page type items so that the Create New screen doesn't consist of a million useless "no preview"images that mean absolutely nothing.

This would make things much easier for the editors. Would be really great if this was possible to define via the SDK as well.

Would like this to be available via API, but even just an option in Admin mode would do!
