Specify SEO friendly characters
The request is to allow customization of the SEO friendly URL.
For example, replace a space with a dash (-) and not a plus (+).

I would also include that the URL should be static and not change every single time you add a new version of the file. Would be helpful if there was a static field for URLs that was tied to the name of the file. A new field would be helpful that was just dedicated to the title.
