A key use case for this is when an asset needs to be replaced in an application. In such cases, the old asset still needs to be retained for auditing purposes, but its public link should be disabled. The new asset would then have a public link generated in its place. Having a bulk action for this would significantly streamline the process, particularly when dealing with…

  2. DAM Forces Manual Folder-by-Folder Downloads

    Summary / Problem:

Users cannot download a parent folder and all of its subfolders in a single action. To download a full folder structure, users must manually open and download each subfolder one by one, making this a frequent, manual, and time-consuming task.

This limitation slows down workflows and increases the risk of incomplete downloads, especially when users need to preserve the original folder organization.

    Proposed Solution:

This feature is now live in our beta environment. We have introduced the following new filters in Library:

    1. Owner
    2. Modified Date
    3. Created Date

You can test it out, share your experience, and help us fine-tune it before general release. Reach out to join the beta or check the release notes for details.

  5. Pre-condition: An expiry date is a mandatory field for any asset uploaded to the DAM.

    As a CMP/DAM Administrator,
I want the ability to mark an asset as “Indefinite” when uploading it,
so that certain assets can remain active without an expiry date and are not affected by automatic expiry rules.

    Acceptance Criteria

    Upload Behavior

    • When uploading an asset to the DAM, the Expiry Date field remains mandatory.

    • A new checkbox option labeled “Set as Indefinite” is displayed next to the Expiry Date field.

    Checkbox Functionality

    • When the user selects “Set as Indefinite”, the system will:

    • Mark the asset as…
