Once you migrate to Opti ID, you will benefit from audit logging for user changes, centralized user management, single sign-on for support, training, and reporting, as well as access to Opal AI. We encourage you to migrate to Opti ID to take advantage of these features. In the meantime, the CMS team should be able to assist you. I’ve also forwarded your feedback to that team for review.

This capability is on our roadmap as part of a broader customer self-service user management initiative, which will also include bulk add, edit, and delete functionality. We’ll be sure to keep you updated as these enhancements become available.

1. Session Timeout: The login session for home.optimizely.com times out too quickly.
2. “Keep me signed in” option: The checkbox on login.optimizely.com doesn’t appear to retain sessions as expected.Our engineering team is reviewing both to determine the root cause and next steps.

Thank you for your feedback. An overhaul of user management in the Admin Center is planned for 2026 and will include this request as well as several others.
