  1. Dashboard for Enterprise Headless CMS

    Enterprise CMS Headless architecture: Customer Dashboard for usage and platform health. 

    • Greater visibility and proactive reporting on their environment usage and performance. Specifically a dashboard (or reporting capability) that shows:
• Usage/consumption metrics
• Traffic patterns
• Response times
• Proactive monitoring data to help identify issues (e.g., 404 errors) before they become support tickets
• The ability for customer teams  to independently access this data, rather than having to request it from Optimizely

    Having this available standard vs. a custom build. This will help Enterprise customers shift from reactive issue handling → proactive management of their Optimizely environment

  2. Custom reports in CMS

    They would like to see reports for pages where they have a lot of content to list the blocks and then pieces of information specific fields.

    Custom reporting functionality needed for content inventory management

    • Create reports by picking block/page template and selecting specific fields
    • Current process requires developer/agency hours for custom reports
    • Want ad hoc reporting: “insights report with just title, URL, publish date, authors”. or professionals reports with name, bio, etc.
    • Would free up agency hours for higher-value work

  4. Customize the "Workflow status" Section in CMS UI Dashboard (v12.18.0+)

    CMS UI version 12.18.0 introduced a new dashboard with a "Workflow status" section. This section can display thousands of pages in some environments, each with multiple elements. This can result in a bloated and less usable interface, potentially affecting performance and user experience.

    We would like to request the ability to:

    1. Clear or limit the number of items displayed in the "Workflow status" section

    2. Filter the displayed items based on specific criteria (e.g., content type, date, language, or user)

    3. Customize or replace the section with a custom implementation if needed

    As an admin I want to be able to export a report from the reports system So that I can distribute required updates to the broader author group. The outcome is the ability to complete an export of any report within the reports system

  6. Hide broken links on expired content from Link Status report

    Currently, the Link Status report shows broken links that are present on expired pages. I would prefer it if broken links on expired content could be excluded from the report.
    This could be configurable.
