Bypass approval sequence for admins
As an administrator I'd like to be able to publish content bypassing the approval sequence. Can there be a feature added to say which roles a particular approval sequence must follow?

We have different teams that we need to use the workflow for, but it would be great if the administrative team could bypass the approval process and publish.

We'd like the user in a specific role to not even be presented with the ready for review step. We'd just like them to be presented with the publish / schedule for publish dialog.
This is important because currently we have custom code to skip the sequence and publish it, but this eliminates the ability to schedule a publishing job.
