  1. Please remove the chat widget from optimizely sites

    On Optimizely websites, can you please allow me to permanently dismiss the chatbot widget? This is very disruptive when I want to just accomplish a task. It's also frequently in the way and over-top of areas I'm trying to interact with.

  2. audit trail

    There should be an audit trail/logs for user and role management, so that super admins at the very least can track who added users - this is a major security concern that we cannot see this

    We have recently had an external email address user added as a super admin, yet no-one internally knows who added this or why - concerning

  3. "Download Data" In seat reporting should export user list

    When downloading data from the seat tiles, I want to see the the list of all users who have that seat role type, not just the seat tally.

  4. Change Guest Seat colour to black

    As guest seats are usually unlimited, can the seat colour not be red - this causes a small concern when we check our numbers as it appears we are overconsuming. If the font colour for this tile in Admin centre can be black, that would be better, please.

  5. Admin centre should have a recycle bin that allows you to restore deleted users within a fixed period.

    A recycle bin feature in the admin centre would allow any users deleted in error to be reinstated.

  6. Remove app directory access to non-admins

    We don't want general users to be able to see the app directory as they do not have permission to configure integrations. This should be removed from visibility for non-admin centre admins please.

  7. De-dupe reporting when user assigned multiple roles

    Many users are added to multiple groups, and as a result appear as duplicates in mutliple reports leading to inaccurate tallies. For example: 1) It would be great if for example a user assigned to a system role (admin) and a group (also admin) could be de-duped. 2) it would be great if users who are assigned to collaborator and creator roles/groups etc could only appear once in the highest seat tier for contractual reporting purposes.
