We are trying to move toward having one single, shared campaign brief that informs all downstream activities for a given campaign. The brief should live at the very top level and then all nested tasks/campaigns should be using the brief at the top level, rather than having their own brief.

To help instill this, we want our users to avoid the "Brief" tab in our downstream tasks/campaigns so that we don't create shadow briefs (if specific info is needed downstream, our users should use the "Content" field for uploads or fields to map in the necessary details). Rather than training people to not use this tab, we'd like to be able to hide it complete based on the task/campaign template. This, for example, would mean there is never a standalone brief associated with a social or email push; the brief for those would be the parent campaign brief.
