Issue: Text fields created for intake forms automatically appear in the DAM library as metadata fields and filters. This creates clutter for users enriching assets and makes it more difficult to locate relevant metadata fields.

While field groups help organize fields, they do not prevent intake-only fields from appearing in the library.

Request: Provide the ability to control where text fields are visible, similar to other field types. For example:

• Intake Forms Only
• Library Only
• Both Intake Forms and Library
